The Narada’s Legacy is a one-step story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you visit the remnants of the destroyed Vulcan homeworld. It has a recommended level of 21, starts at warp 1, and needs warp 17 to complete. The only objective takes you to the Vulkan system. The reward is 50 3★ Interceptor Parts and 10,000 Officer XP, and it unlocks Verlorene Horizonte. There is no fight, so it is a quick trip.

All three need warp 17 and none has a fight. The Narada’s Legacy is the simplest of them, with a single travel step, and it pays Interceptor Parts where The Narada Vortex pays Explorer Parts.
Vulcan also hosts heavier missions. Heimische Böden needs warp 40 and a fight with a Nausicaan Thief at roughly 54,559 strength, and pays 1,012,000 Parsteel and 149,000 Tritanium. Flashbacks asks for 15 hostiles of level 26 or higher and a 75,000 Dilithium donation, and pays 50 3★ Uncommon Refined Crystal.
Tips
Send any ship that can reach Vulcan. There is nothing to fight, so a survey or mining ship does the job while your combat ship keeps working elsewhere.
Put the Interceptor Parts toward an interceptor. Fifty 3★ Interceptor Parts are only useful to interceptor upgrades, so they matter most if you fly one.
