Federation Peacekeeper

The Federation Peacekeeper is a Federation hostile that patrols open space from level 39 to 49, always spawning as an Explorer-hull ship. It roams a wide band of systems out to warp 120, and each kill pays Romulanisch and Klingon reputation plus 4★ Broken Explorer Parts. To beat one, bring a Battleship, match its warp range, and crew for weapon damage against hostiles.

How to beat the Federation Peacekeeper

Die Föderation Peacekeeper only spawns as an Explorer, so the counter is fixed: bring a Battleship and you hold the type advantage at every level in its range. Schlachtschiffe beat Explorers in STFC combat, and because this hostile never changes hull, there is nothing to swap between levels. Lock in one Battleship build and farm the whole level 39 to 49 span with it.

Match your ship tier to the band you are hitting. A low-tier Battleship will fold against a level 49 Peacekeeper even with the type bonus, so step up only when your ship can absorb the hits. The stats table below shows how fast strength and hull HP climb across the range.

For the crew, run a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles, then fill the other seats with Offiziere that add damage or mitigation. The evergreen cadet crew (Cadet Kirk as captain with Cadet Spock and Cadet Uhura) starts to run thin by level 40, so you will likely want stronger officers to keep kills quick here. Crews shift with the meta, so check current picks on the Officer Tier List before you settle on a build.

Where to find the Federation Peacekeeper

The Federation Peacekeeper tracks your level and spreads across many systems at each step. The low end sits at warp 65, and the higher spawns push out to warp 120 by level 48. Lower levels cluster in systems like Dashai, Goesting, Kurchee, and Luoman, while the top of the range moves toward Avofall, Caelum, Gamma Sedra, and Rylan. Match your warp range to the band you can clear and work the nearer systems first.

Rewards and what it drops

The Federation Peacekeeper is a reputation and parts farm. Every kill awards Romulan Points and Klingon Points, and from level 40 up it also drops 4★ Broken Explorer Parts. Because it is a Federation ship, attacking it lowers your Federation reputation while raising Romulan and Klingon standing, so grind it when you are pushing those two factions and can spare the Federation hit. Ship XP is modest and climbs with level, from about 1,750 at level 39 to just over 3,000 at level 49, which makes the lower spawns a reasonable way to level a new hull.

Ablegen What it is
Romulan Points Reputation with the Romulan faction, spent in the Romulan faction store (654 to 3,520 per kill).
Klingon Points Reputation with the Klingonenfraktion, spent in the Klingon faction store (327 to 1,760 per kill).
4★ Gebrochene Explorer-Teile Salvage used to build and upgrade 4★ Explorer-Schiffe (108 to 960 per kill, level 40 and up).

Federation Peacekeeper stats

Stats vary by hull variant and climb steeply with level, so treat these Explorer-hull anchors as a read on the curve rather than exact numbers for every spawn.

The Federation in Star Trek

The United Federation of Planets is the interstellar union at the heart of Star Trek, founded by Earth, Vulcan, Andoria, and Tellar in 2161. It runs on cooperation, exploration, and diplomacy rather than conquest, and its Starfleet arm handles defense, Wissenschaft, and first contact. Its ships are best known through the Enterprise and its captains, from Kirk to Picard. In Star Trek Fleet Befehl the Federation is one of the three main factions you can align with, alongside the Klingons and Romulans. Raising standing with one of the three usually means losing ground with the others, which is exactly the trade a Federation Peacekeeper kill represents.

Is the Federation Peacekeeper worth grinding?

Yes, if you are building Romulan or Klingon reputation and can afford the Federation hit, or if you need 4★ Broken Explorer Parts for an Explorer build. It is a clean Explorer-only target, so one Battleship handles the whole range without ship swaps. The practical tip: match your warp to the band you can clear, bring a Battleship to hold the type advantage, and skip it if you are trying to keep your Federation standing high.
