A Place in History is a level 58 Romulanisch mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you guide a Vulcan historian through Romulan, Reman and Immortal space. It is picked up in Dairuum and needs warp 440 to start and to complete. The route runs from New Vulcan to Romulus, then Magnus, and back, with one Tal Shiar fight on the way. The reward is 150 15 Hour Speed Ups, a Romulan Immortal Datapad, 800 Romulan Credits and 4,200,000 Romulan Points.
A Place in History objectives
Hithar tells you that a Vulcan historian, T’Prim, saw the Immortals’ documentary and wants to visit. A respected Vulcan scholar studying the Immortal community would lend it credibility, so Hithar asks you to be a good guide. T’Prim is interested in the splinter groups of the wider Vulcan family and has never visited her Romulan cousins.

At Romulus, T’Prim explains how the followers who rejected Surak’s teachings left Vulcan and became the Romulans. The Tal Shiar notice you lingering at the capital and send a ship, which you have to destroy before moving on. T’Prim then covers the Remans and their possible shared ancestry. In Immortal space your officer describes a society built on justice, honour and strength, without a formal government. There is no choice split.

The pickup system is Dairuum. The mission lists warp 440 to start and to complete. The objectives take you to New Vulcan, Romulus und Magnus, and finish back at New Vulcan, so plan for several jumps. The recommended level is 58.

Tips
The Tal Shiar ship at Romulus is the only fight, and no enemy strength is listed for it. The recommended level of 58 is the best guide to what you will face. The rest of the mission is travel and conversation.
The 150 15 Hour Speed Ups are the standout reward, 2,250 hours of speed ups in total. The Immortal Datapad, credits and points match those of A Phantom and a Fool, another level 58 Immortal mission picked up in Dairuum at warp 440, so the two pair well on one trip.
