Wengar is a level 58 Sunspot mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Morga tracks the gang member Wengar to ST-19184, where he hides behind a screen of lieutenants, and you have to clear 20 hostiles before you can reach him. The mission is picked up in ST-19184 and needs warp 440 to start and to complete. The reward is 190 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups, six 1B Parsteel Tokens, ten 30 Minute Repair Speed Ups and three 100K Tritanium Tokens.
Wengar objectives
The Sunspots are a mercenary gang preying on the deep space colonies, and Morga has been feeding you intelligence on their leaders. This time the target is Wengar, and the plan is to root him out by destroying his mercenaries first.
- Find the Sunspot fleet. Location: ST-19184.
- Defeat 20 hostiles of Level 57 or higher.
- Defeat Wengar. Location: ST-19184. Enemy strength is roughly 33,700,090.
- Return to Kamros. Location: ST-19184.
When the fight ends, Wengar laughs off the idea that he ran the gang and escapes. Your officer concludes that someone else is behind the Sunspots, and Morga suggests that earlier intelligence about the Rydania system may have been right. That thread picks up in Sonneneruption. There is no choice split.
Wo und welcher Warp
The pickup system is ST-19184, and the mission needs warp 440 to start and warp 440 to complete. Every objective with a location is in ST-19184, including Kamros, where you report back. The 20 hostile kills have no system attached, so any hostiles of level 57 or higher count toward them. The recommended level is 58.
Wengar rewards

Wengar is a standalone mission and does not unlock a follow-up part.
The Sunspot missions compared
Wengar is the eighth of nine Sunspot missions that share one pattern: find a gang leader, defeat 20 hostiles one level below the recommended level, then beat the leader. Every one of them also pays ten 30 Minute Repair Speed Ups and three 100K Tritanium Tokens, so the table lists only the rewards that differ.
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp | Pickup | Boss | Other rewards |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sonnenfleck | 51 | 185 | Dela | Morey, about 13.8 million | 500 Premium Recruit Token, 9,000,000 Dilithium |
| Taran | 52 | 230 | Hulman | Taran, about 15.2 million | 10 1M Dilithium Token, 3,825,000,000 Parsteel |

Wengar is the only one of the nine that pays extra repair speed ups instead of a resource or recruit reward.
Tips
Wengar himself is listed at about 33.7 million strength, which is a light fight at level 58. The 20 hostile kills are where the time goes. Farm them wherever level 57 or higher hostiles are closest, then return to ST-19184 for the boss.
With 190 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups and ten 30 Minute ones the mission hands back 52 and a half hours of repair time in total. The six 1B Parsteel Tokens add up to 6 billion Parsteel.
Wengar’s hostile requirement is level 57, one below the mission’s level, so a ship that can handle Ghost of the Sunspots at level 57 can handle these fights too. For the start of the storyline, see Sonnenfleck, and for other missions near this level, the mission guide.
