A Wealth of Knowledge is a three-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain about E’thakor’s new endeavor: a library. You visit a library in Forsaken space, fund construction at the development site in Velhoxi, and then deal with Kol’vak, who tries to stop the project. All three parts are recommended for level 79 and need warp 5,500 to complete, and the chain is picked up in Velhoxi. It pays 2,947,000 7★ Raw Crystal, 2,427,000 7★ Raw Ore, 257,000 Σ-Dilithium, 3,900 Σ-Klingon Credits and 94.8 billion Klingon Points. It is a compact chain with three fights and one 1M Σ-Parsteel donation.

Tips for completing A Wealth of Knowledge
Most of the chain happens in Velhoxi, with one trip to Xorallen in Part 1 and one to Maluhri in Part 3. Every part needs warp 5,500.
Each part has one fight. The Part 1 defence in Xorallen is the lightest at about 392 trillion strength, and both Kol’vak fights are about 405 trillion.
The 1M Σ-Parsteel donation in Part 2 has to be paid before Kol’vak appears, and the chain pays no Σ-Parsteel back, so check your stock before you start. The Σ resources guide covers where it comes from.
The chain adds 94.8 billion Klingon Points and removes 111 billion Romulan Points and 52.2 billion Federation Points. See faction reputation if you are balancing standings. House Sov is also one of the groups you can visit in the level 74 Fracture chain.
Are the A Wealth of Knowledge rewards worth it?
For Klingon players, it is reasonable. You get 94.8 billion Klingon Points, 3,900 Σ-Klingon Credits, 2,947,000 7★ Raw Crystal, 2,427,000 7★ Raw Ore, 257,000 Σ-Dilithium, 1,179,000 7★ broken ship parts and 3 Gravimetric Data. Against that you spend 1M Σ-Parsteel and win three fights. If Σ-Parsteel is tight, other level 79 chains may be a better use of it; the STFC mission guide lists them.
