Questions and Answers is a five-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain in which Sloan asks you to help with an internal Section 31 investigation into an attack on an outpost. You bring agent Harbor home, question Mikael, investigate the outpost and hear the colonists’ side, then decide who to incriminate. Every part is recommended for level 78, and the chain is picked up in Silumnia. Warp to complete is 5,000 for most parts, 4,500 for Part 3 and 1,550 for Part 5. The chain pays 400 Ultra Recruit Tokens, 901,000 Latinum, 4,877,000 7★ Raw Gas, 1,723,000 Σ-Parsteel and a spread of 7★ materials. Its fights are light for this level, which makes it an easy chain to clear.

Sloan needs help with an internal investigation. After meeting Sloan in Sendisez you find Harbor in Dibathera, stop an attacker and bring Harbor home.

Next you find and question Mikael in Silumnia. Along the way you bribe an Orion and stop a colonist before heading back.

The investigation turns to what happened at the outpost. You update Sloan, find the outpost in Qintezha, fight off an attack and look around.

To get the locals’ side of the story you go to the nearby colony in Baxohria. An attacker has to be dealt with first, and after talking to the colonists you make a Σ-Dilithium donation.

Questions and Answers Part 5
Sloan wants to know who is responsible. You defeat Mikael, report to Section 31 in Sendisez and name the culprit. All three answers pay the same.

Incriminate Mikael
You tell Sloan that Mikael likely shared secrets with a local woman while drunk and killed her to cover it up. Sloan calls for his arrest.

You tell Sloan that Harbor may have killed a local she believed had learned Section 31 secrets. Section 31 moves to arrest her.

Tips for completing Questions and Answers
Every fight in the chain is listed at about 18.7 billion strength. That is far below the hundreds of trillions seen in other chains at levels 78 to 80, so any ship that can reach the systems should handle the combat without trouble.
Range is the bigger requirement. Parts 1, 2 and 4 need warp 5,000, Part 3 needs 4,500, and only Part 5 drops to 1,550. Sendisez, where Sloan and the Section 31 base are, comes up in three of the five parts.
The only costs are the bribe to the Orion in Part 2 and 55k Σ-Dilithium in Part 4. Part 5 pays 157,000 Σ-Dilithium back. In Part 5, incriminating Mikael is the quickest ending, because the other two answers add a fight against Harbor.

Are the Questions and Answers rewards worth it?
Yes. The 400 Ultra Recruit Tokens in Part 4 are the best reward, and the chain adds 901,000 Latinum, 4,877,000 7★ Raw Gas, 1,723,000 Σ-Parsteel, 1,453,000 each of 7★ Raw Crystal and 7★ Raw Ore, about 1.4 million 7★ broken ship parts, speed ups, 4,000 Trait XP and 5 Gravimetric Data.
