The Xindi-Reptilian Warship spawns in 16 Delphic Expanse systems from level 40 to level 62: Caelor, Rotanara and Voxis at level 40 (warp 60), then one system per level up to Torgoth at level 62 (warp 1000). It appears as a Battleship, Explorer or Interceptor, so bring the class that counters the version you target. Every kill drops Xindi Scraps. Its damage ignores your shields and it fires a lethal Particle Beam at the end of each round, so you need hull strength and a fast kill.
Xindi-Reptilian Warship locations
Levels 40 to 55 stay within warp 60 to 240, so a mid-game ship can reach them. The warp cost jumps at level 57 to 500, then climbs to 800 at level 60 and 1000 at level 62. Only level 40 has more than one system, so if a target is taken, move to a neighboring level rather than waiting.

|---|---|---|
| 40 | 60 | Caelor, Rotanara, Voxis |
| 42 | 100 | Utelyion |

All Xindi hostiles in STFC
The Reptilian Warship is one of six Xindi hostiles. The Reptilian ships and the Aquatic ships use two separate chains of systems, and each main hostile shares its systems with a partner: the Wanted Xindi-Reptilian Warship with this Warship, and the Xindi-Aquatic Cruiser with the Enhanced Cruiser. The two Scouts sit apart at levels 34 and 35.
| Xindi hostile | Levels | Hull | Warp | Drops | Where |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Xindi-Reptilian Warship | 40–62 | Battleship, Explorer, Interceptor | 60–1000 | Xindi Scraps | Caelor, Rotanara and Voxis up to Torgoth |
| Wanted Xindi-Reptilian Warship | 41, 51, 61 | Survey | 60–800 | Xindi Scraps | The same systems as the Reptilian Warship |
| Xindi-Aquatic Enhanced Cruiser | 40–62 | Battleship | 70–1000 | Tech Module, Xindi Scraps | Demetrium and Estellion up to Yoton |
| Xindi-Aquatic Cruiser | 40–62 | Interceptor | 70–1000 | Tech Module, Xindi Scraps | The same systems as the Enhanced Cruiser |
| Xindi-Reptilian Scout | 34–35 | Battleship, Explorer, Interceptor | 50 | Xindi Scraps | Kertoria, New Xindus, Selethal |
| Xindi-Aquatic Scout | 34–35 | Battleship, Explorer, Interceptor | 50 | Parsteel | Kertoria, New Xindus, Selethal |
How to beat the Xindi-Reptilian Warship
Because it shows up as three hulls, the ship you bring depends on the version you target. Interceptors beat Battleships, Battleships beat Explorers, and Explorers beat Interceptors, while Survey ships hold up poorly in a real fight. Bring an Interceptor against the Battleship spawn, a Battleship against the Explorer spawn, and an Explorer against the Interceptor spawn, and check the hull before you lock on.
Three abilities shape the fight. Blade’s Tip means that from the start of combat all of its damage ignores your shields, so shield mitigation will not save you; favor hull tanking and a quick kill. Doomed Species cuts your critical hit damage by 500% for two rounds and can stack, so do not build the fight around landing crits. Xindi Weaponry fires a Particle Beam at the end of every round that deals lethal damage to your ship, which is why players unlock the Particle Beam Delay favor before taking these warships on.
For crew, a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles with officers that add damage or hull mitigation is the base. If you are farming Scraps, Jonathan Archer as captain is worth a look: his Delphic Salvor maneuver increases the resources you get from destroying Xindi hostiles by 300%. Check the Officer Tier List for current combat picks, since they shift with the meta.
Rewards and what it drops
Every Xindi-Reptilian Warship drops Xindi Scraps, whatever the hull or level. The payout scales hard: a low-level kill drops a few dozen, while top-level kills can drop over 30,000 at a time. Ship XP climbs from 1,502 at level 40 to 17,600 at level 62.
| Drop | Amount per kill | Levels | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xindi Scraps | 35–32,330 | 40–62 | The Xindi resource used in Xindi research and gear, also dropped by the other Xindi hostiles |
Xindi-Reptilian Warship stats
Stats vary by hull variant and climb steeply with level. Total strength runs from about 13 million at level 40 to nearly 9 billion at level 62, so do not bring a ship rated for the low end into a high-level system.
| Level | Total strength | Hull HP | Shield HP | Attack | Defense | Ship XP |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 13,154,607 | 4,440,921 | 2,960,614 | 8,865,689 | 588,150 | 1,502 |
| 53 | 235,505,539 | 131,741,790 | 87,827,860 | 117,941,244 | 7,779,470 | 5,123 |
| 62 | 8,974,123,261 | 4,151,039,674 | 2,767,359,783 | 5,247,306,588 | 267,616,945 | 17,600 |
Xindi-Reptilian Warship firing pattern
Its weapons split into a single Energy shot and a five-gun Kinetic battery, both firing every round. The Energy shot is a fixed 100,000 per hit, while each Kinetic gun lands anywhere from about 114,000 to 746,000, so nearly all of the swing in incoming damage comes from that battery. These are lowest-level figures and rise with level.
| Weapon type | Count | Damage per shot | Fires | Crit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energy | 1 | 100,000 | Every round | 1% (1.5x) |
| Kinetic | 5 | 114,345–745,730 | Every round | 1% (1.5x) |
The Xindi-Reptilians in Star Trek
The Xindi come from Star Trek: Enterprise, a group of species native to the Delphic Expanse. Five races survived the loss of their homeworld, among them the Xindi-Reptilians, a cold and militaristic people who trusted force over talk. When they were told that humanity would one day wipe them out, the Reptilians pushed hardest to build a weapon and strike Earth first, which drove much of the show’s third season. Their distrust of the other Xindi races made them the faction most willing to gamble everything on a first strike.
Is the Xindi-Reptilian Warship worth grinding?
If you are working the Xindi research and equipment tree, yes. Every kill pays Xindi Scraps, its three hull variants give each of your combat ships a matching target, and the high-level spawns add strong ship XP. Come prepared: unlock the favor that delays the Particle Beam, lean on hull over shields, match your ship to the hull you are hitting, and consider an Archer captain when Scraps are the goal. The hostile guide covers the other factions at this level.
