Trojan Horses is a Federation story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you gather information on an antibody for the Andorian pathogen. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 105 to complete, with the fighting in Ril Korvas: 20 hostiles of level 42 or higher and a Suliban Reinforcement of about 7.5 million strength. The reward is 110 1M Parsteel Tokens, 13 8 Hour Speed Ups, 600 Federation Credits and 374,000 Federation Points, and it unlocks The Andorian Plague.
Trojan Horses objectives
The story line reads: gather information on the synthesis of an antibody to the Andorian pathogen. There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Go to Ril Korvas in order to interrogate local Suliban. Location: Ril Korvas.
- Defeat 20 hostiles of Level 42 or higher.
- Defeat the Suliban Reinforcement. Location: Ril Korvas. Enemy strength about 7,482,395.
- Return to the Andorians on Valo. Location: Kri.
You go to Ril Korvas to question the Suliban, clear 20 hostiles, and then beat the Suliban Reinforcement. The mission ends with a report to the Andorians on Valo, in the Kri system.
Where and what warp
The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 105 to complete. Ril Korvas is a Romulan system and Kri a Federation one, so you cross from one to the other for the finish.
The game lists a recommended level of 1, which is far below the real bar. Warp 105, level 42 hostiles and a 7.5 million strength boss are what you need to be ready for.

The 110 Parsteel tokens are worth 110,000,000 Parsteel. Completing the mission also unlocks The Andorian Plague.

Trojan Horses and The Andorian Plague pay the same Federation Credits and Points. A Chance Encounter, before them, is the battleship parts mission and has the longest warp of the three.
Tips
Clear the 20 hostiles close to Ril Korvas so you are in place for the Suliban Reinforcement. They must be level 42 or higher.
Repair fully before the Suliban Reinforcement. At about 7.5 million strength it is the one named fight, and it comes after the grind.
Weigh the Klingon cost before you accept. You gain 374,000 Federation Points and lose 592,416 Klingon Points, so the mission suits players siding with the Federation. The 13 8 Hour Speed Ups add up to 104 hours of timer. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
