Transformation is a three-part chain in which you help Chancellor L’Rell catch a House Hurak agent, join a Federation-Klingon strike on Hurak headquarters, and then place beacons to warn off anyone who would weaponize Transogen. All three parts are recommended for level 32, and warp to complete is between 26 and 30. The chain opens with a talk with Captain Pike. Rewards are mostly Transogen materials, and Part 3 adds seven batches of SNW Black Ops M’Benga shards and over 4 million Parsteel. Part 2 is the big fight.

Transformation Part 1
Chancellor L’Rell wants a Hurak agent caught. After speaking with Pike, you meet L’Rell’s flagship in Aletara, intercept the agent in Carraya and destroy the escort ship, then head home while L’Rell handles the interrogation.
- Speak with Captain Pike.
- Rendezvous with Chancellor L’Rell’s flagship (Aletara).
- Intercept the Hurak agent (Carraya).
- Destroy the Hurak agent’s escort ship (Carraya, enemy strength ~415,226).
- Return to your Station, while L’Rell interrogates the Hurak agent.
Warp to complete: 27. Rewards: 1,500 Raw Common Transogen, 800 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 500 Klingon Recruit Token and 53,000 Officer XP.
Transformation Part 2
A Federation-Klingon task force launches a pre-emptive strike on House Hurak’s headquarters in Dalneah. You eliminate General Sturg, protect D’Chok‘s Battle Cruiser, detonate a Transogen Freighter, neutralize Hurak ground forces and beam down your own Transogenic ground forces.
- Prepare to embark for Hurak headquarters.
- Fly to war with the Federation-Klingon task force (Dalneah).
- Eliminate General Sturg (Dalneah, enemy strength ~547,080).
- Protect D’Chok’s Battle Cruiser (Dalneah, enemy strength ~305,058).
- Detonate the Transogen Freighter (Dalneah, enemy strength ~418,676).
- Neutralize Hurak ground forces (Dalneah, enemy strength ~527,149).
- Beam down your Transogenic ground forces (Dalneah).
Warp to complete: 26. At the end of the battle you choose whom to beam out of danger. Both paths pay the same Transogen, and only the recruit tokens differ.
Rescue Starfleet soldiers
- Assist in rescuing Starfleet soldiers (Dalneah).
- Escape the Transogen shockwave and return to your Station.
Rewards: 2,500 Raw Common Transogen, 1,200 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150 Refined Rare Transogen and 500 Federation Recruit Token.
Rescue Klingon warriors
- Assist in rescuing Klingon warriors (Dalneah).
- Escape the Transogen shockwave and return to your Station.
Rewards: 2,500 Raw Common Transogen, 1,200 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150 Refined Rare Transogen and 500 Klingon Recruit Token.
Rescuing Starfleet soldiers pays 500 Federation Recruit Token, and rescuing Klingon warriors pays 500 Klingon Recruit Token. Either way you escape the Transogen shockwave and return to your Station.
Transformation Part 3
The war is over for now. You deploy Transogen warning beacons in Torsten, Hoskk and Terasai, then mine 10 Raw Common Transogen for future research.

Tips for completing Transformation
Part 2 is the hard part. It has four fights in Dalneah, and General Sturg is listed at about 547,000 enemy strength, well above the rest of this chain. The ground forces fight is close behind at about 527,000, so go in fully repaired.
There are no donations. The only resource requirement is mining 10 Raw Common Transogen in Part 3.
Part 3 is pure travel to three systems, needing warp 30, with no fights.

Yes, for Transogen and M’Benga. The chain pays 4,000 Raw Common Transogen, 2,000 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 150 Refined Rare Transogen, 45 Transogen Forge Foundation and 10 Mining Bulkheads, plus seven batches of SNW Black Ops M’Benga shards, 4.2 million Parsteel and 53,000 Officer XP.
