The End of Everything

The End of Everything is a level 58 main story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. You go with VESTA to the quantum vacuum at the Vacuum Epicenter and must collapse it to save the galaxy. It needs warp 205 to complete and splits on one question: what should we do? One path costs 150 million Tritanium and a fight with the USS Montenegro at about 41.7 million strength; the other costs 40 million Dilithium and has no fight. Both pay three Jean-Luc Picard shards and unlock Taking Stock.

The End of Everything objectives

Every player starts the same way:

  • Go with VESTA to the quantum vacuum. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.
  • What should we do? This is the choice split.

Attempt to repair the device

  • Attempt to repair the device with 150M Tritanium.
  • Defeat the USS Montenegro. Location: Vacuum Epicenter. Enemy strength is roughly 41,714,474.
  • Collapse the vacuum. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.
  • Escape! Location: Zytallis.

Rewards for this path: 3 Jean-Luc Picard shards, 4,000,000,000 Parsteel and 1,500 Latinum.

Collapse the vacuum

  • Use 40M Dilithium to begin the process.
  • Collapse the vacuum. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.
  • Escape! Location: Vacuum Epicenter.

Rewards for this path: 3 Jean-Luc Picard shards, 23 1B Parsteel Tokens and 2,500 Ship XP.

The repair path is longer and harder. After the Tritanium payment you face the USS Montenegro, then collapse the vacuum and escape to Zytallis. The Dilithium path skips the fight entirely and ends where it began, at the Vacuum Epicenter.

Where and what warp

There is no pickup system and the mission can be accepted from warp 1. Completing it needs warp 205. The recommended level is 58.

Where it sits in the main story

Mission Recommended level Warp to complete Main obstacle Rewards
We Need to Talk 58 205 Starfleet vessel, about 41.7M 1 Day Peace Shield, 32,400,000 Tritanium, 2,500 Ship XP
The End of Everything 58 205 150M Tritanium and a 41.7M fight, or 40M Dilithium Picard shards plus Parsteel
Taking Stock 59 205 Search for VESTA, investigate Borg activity 500 Premium Recruit Tokens, 6,825,000,000 Parsteel, 2,500 Ship XP

The USS Montenegro has the same listed strength as the Starfleet vessel in We Need to Talk, so if you won that fight you can take the repair path with confidence.

Tips

Choose by what you can spare. The repair path pays 4 billion Parsteel and 1,500 Latinum but costs 150 million Tritanium and a very hard fight. The Dilithium path costs 40 million Dilithium and pays 23 1B Parsteel Tokens with no combat.

The Picard shards are the same on both paths, so if Picard is your goal, pick the cheaper route for your resources.

Previous mission: Dereliction of Duty. Next mission: Taking Stock. More missions by level are on the mission guide.
