The Empire Calls V

The Empire Calls V is the fifth and last mission in the KSG’s Empire Calls series in Star Trek Fleet Command. After the fighting of the earlier parts, this one is about ceasefire terms: you meet agents in ghuH and return to KSG security at Pnema-438. It starts at warp 1 after The Empire Calls IV and needs warp 320 to complete. There are no fights, and the reward is 4,550,000,000 Parsteel with four 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts.

The Empire Calls V objectives

The story line is to discuss terms of a ceasefire. There are two objectives and no choice split:

  • Meet with the agents. Location: ghuH.
  • Return to KSG security. Location: Pnema-438.

Neither step is a fight or a donation. Once you reach ghuH and then Pnema-438, the mission is done.

Where and what warp

There is no pickup system. The Empire Calls V appears at warp 1 after The Empire Calls IV, and you need warp 320 to reach both systems.

The listed recommended level is 1. With no combat, the warp 320 range is the only real requirement.

The Empire Calls V rewards

Reward Amount
Parsteel 4,550,000,000
5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts 4
Klingon Credits 800
Klingon Points 5,200,000
Romulan Points -11,044,800

The Romulan Points loss matches The Empire Calls IV, and so does the Klingon Points gain. The faction reputation page covers how those numbers affect your standing.

How it compares with the rest of the series

Here is the full series, from the first meeting with the Empire’s agent to the ceasefire:

Mission Warp to complete Main rewards Klingon Points
The Empire Calls I 400 4 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts, 1 KSG Datapad 3,600,000
The Empire Calls II 400 81,000,000 Tritanium, 10 1M Dilithium Tokens 3,600,000
The Empire Calls III 255 81,000,000 Tritanium, 4 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts 3,600,000
The Empire Calls IV 440 20 1B Parsteel Tokens plus a path reward 5,200,000
The Empire Calls V 320 4,550,000,000 Parsteel, 4 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts 5,200,000

Every mission in the series also pays 800 Klingon Credits and takes away Romulan Points, from 7,387,200 in the first three to 11,044,800 in the last two.

Part V is the easiest mission in the series to complete, with two travel steps and nothing to fight, and it pays the largest single resource reward.

Tips

Send your fastest ship with the range. There is nothing to fight, so a survey ship or any hull that can make warp 320 will finish it as quickly as a battleship.

Plan where the 4,550,000,000 Parsteel goes before you turn the mission in. It is a large lump of one resource, and it pairs well with the 1B Parsteel Tokens from The Empire Calls IV.

This is the end of the Empire Calls storyline; nothing further unlocks from it. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
