Territorial Dispute is a five-part mission chain in the Star Trek Fleet Command TOS storyline. Starfleet sends you to look into a mining-field dispute between two Federation members, the Andorians and the Bolians, and the trail leads to the Orion Syndicate. The chain begins with a briefing on P’Jem, every part is recommended for level 30, and warp to complete runs from 8 to 30. The finale pays three TOS Nyota Uhura shards whichever planet you defend. It is a short chain with light donations and one choice at the end.

Territorial Dispute Part 1
An emerging territorial dispute between two Federation members needs investigating. After the briefing on P’Jem you check the mining fields in Lorillia, find a stranded mining vessel and bring it home for repairs. There is no combat in this part.

Territorial Dispute Part 2
You return Tiva to her home on Andoria Prime, then mine 5,000 Dilithium, carry it back to Andoria and then donate 5,000 Dilithium. At warp 30, this ties Part 5 for the longest trip in the chain.

Territorial Dispute Part 3
Now you hear the Bolian side of the story. You open talks on Angosia III, look for evidence of the attack back in Lorillia and report to Starfleet on P’Jem. Like Part 1, this part is all travel and talking.

The Orion Syndicate is attacking, and Admiral Strode on P’Jem needs you to respond. You choose which planet to defend. Both paths face the same three Orion attackers and both pay TOS Nyota Uhura shards; the other rewards differ.

Tips for completing Territorial Dispute
The first three parts have no combat at all. The fighting is saved for Parts 4 and 5, each with three Orion ships in a row between about 133,000 and 155,000 strength. Heal up between Part 4 and Part 5, and use the 29 repair speed-ups from Part 4 if you need them.
Donations are small. Part 1 asks for 125,000 Tritanium, and Part 2 asks you to mine 5,000 Dilithium and then donate 5,000 Dilithium. Part 2’s mining step needs a ship that can mine Dilithium, so have one free before you start it.
Warp varies more than the level does. Parts 2 and 5 reach warp 30, Parts 1 and 3 reach 20, and Part 4 is only 8.
The Part 5 choice only changes the extras. Defend the Andorians for 3★ Interceptor Parts, Refined Gas and Ship XP, or the Bolians for 3★ Battleship Parts, Refined Crystal and 105,000 Officer XP. Uhura’s shards are the same either way.

Are the Territorial Dispute rewards worth it?
Yes for a level 30 player. Three TOS Nyota Uhura shards are guaranteed at the end, and the chain adds almost 5 million Parsteel, 1.2 million Tritanium, 50 3 hour speed-ups, 75 Premium Recruit Tokens and 3★ ship parts. The costs are low, with only 125,000 Tritanium and 5,000 Dilithium to hand over, and the fights are limited to six Orion ships across the last two parts.
