The Takret Raider is a Neutral hostile in Star Trek Fleet Command that roams as an Interceptor at levels 53 to 55. You find it in neutral systems that need warp 105 to 230, and it drops 5-star Broken Interceptor Parts for refits at that tier. Because it flies an Interceptor, the quickest way to beat it is to bring an Explorer, the hull that counters Interceptors.

How to beat the Takret Raider

The Takret Raider only spawns as an Interceptor, so you never have to juggle hull types between levels. In the ship-versus-ship triangle, Explorers beat Interceptors, which means a solid Explorer gives you the type advantage from level 53 all the way to 55. There is nothing to swap as you climb the band; the same ship works top to bottom.

Watch its ship ability before you pick a hull. The Takret Raider carries Battleship Exploitation, which increases its damage against Battleships by 75% for the first five rounds of combat. That is a strong reason to leave Battleships at home for this target. An Explorer avoids the bonus completely and keeps the hull advantage at the same time, so the choice lines up in your favor either way.

For crew, build around a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles, then fill the other seats with officers that add damage or shield and hull mitigation. The raider hits hardest on its Kinetic round, so a little extra survivability helps you ride out the big volleys while you grind it down. Because it is a Neutral target, killing it costs no faction reputation, so you can farm it back to back without denting your standing with the major factions. Officer picks move with the meta, so check the current officer tier list before you lock a crew and expect the best options to change as new officers arrive.

Where to find the Takret Raider

The Takret Raider sits in a tight cluster of neutral systems across a short warp band. Level 53 spawns at warp 105, level 54 pushes out to warp 185, and level 55 sits at warp 230, so confirm your ship can reach the deeper systems before you chase the top of the range. Several systems carry the raider across more than one level, which makes it easy to park in one place and farm.

Level Warp Systems
53 105 Bell’eu, Callicoat, Dela, Eady, Erendari, Merius, Omana, Sauchei, Scanlon, Sosain
54 185 Bell’eu, Callicoat, Dela, Eady, Isa’day, Merius, Omana, Sauchei, Scanlon, Sosain
55 230 Bell’eu, Blum, Eady, Isa’day, Merius, Omana, ST-19184, Sauchei, Scanlon, Sosain, Xor’Na’Tin

Rewards and what it drops

The Takret Raider drops 5-star Broken Interceptor Parts, the refit material you feed into tier-5 Interceptor hulls. Each kill returns roughly 237 to 490 parts, so a steady grind adds up fast if you are refitting an Interceptor at that grade. The ship XP it hands back climbs with level, which makes the level 55 version the better XP per run once your ship can take the punishment.

Takret Raider stats

Stats vary by level and climb steeply across the three-level band, so read the rows below as the floor and ceiling of what you will face.

Level Total strength Hull HP Shield HP Attack Defense Ship XP

54 79,467,005 35,408,217 35,408,217 34,464,828 9,593,960 6,148
55 114,739,749 51,124,741 51,124,741 49,762,613 13,852,395 7,070

Takret Raider firing pattern

The raider fires two weapon groups. A single Energy weapon hits every round for a steady 607,717 to 742,764 per shot, while three Kinetic weapons fire every other round and land the heavy blows at 1,458,515 to 1,782,648 each. Plan your shield and hull repairs around the Kinetic volley, since that is the round that does the real damage. Both groups crit at 10 percent for a 1.8x multiplier, so a bad round of crits can spike well past the base numbers.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energy 1 607,717 to 742,764 Every round 10% (1.8x)
Kinetic 3 1,458,515 to 1,782,648 Every other round 10% (1.8x)

The Takret in Star Trek

The Takret come from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “The Catwalk.” They are a spacefaring people organized under the Takret Militia, and Archer’s crew first met them when a neutronic storm swept through their region. A Takret patrol boarded Enterprise claiming they only wanted to ride out the storm inside its hull, then tried to take the ship once they were aboard. The crew fell back to the shielded nacelle catwalk and waited them out until the wavefront passed. The Takret never grew into a major Star Trek power, which fits their role here as a mid-level neutral raider rather than a faction with its own campaign.

Is the Takret Raider worth grinding?

The Takret Raider earns its place if you are refitting tier-5 Interceptors, since Broken Interceptor Parts are its whole reason to farm. The ship XP is a fair bonus at this tier too, and the neutral spawns let you grind without spending reputation. If you do not need Interceptor refit parts, there is little else to pull you here. Match your warp to the level you want, bring an Explorer, and the raider goes down without much fuss.
