Moment of Truth is a two-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain in which House Sov calls for help in Uyama, and the chain closes with a funeral in Naxiht and Yalika’s return home. Both parts are recommended for level 80 and need warp 6,000 to complete, and the chain is picked up in Zephrisia. Across the two parts you earn 11,700,000 7★ Raw Gas, 500 Klingon Recruit Tokens, 5,000 Σ-Klingon Credits, 329,000 Σ-Dilithium and 69.6 billion Klingon Points. It is a strong pick for Klingon-leaning commanders, with two donations and two fights to plan around.

Moment of Truth Part 1
House Sov needs help in its hour of need. You fly to Uyama, answer their hail and defend them, then pay a Σ-Dilithium donation before a Klingon vessel has to be dealt with.

Part 2 is about paying your respects. You travel to Naxiht, clear hostiles, fund a tomb with a large Σ-Parsteel donation and attend the funeral, then bring Yalika home to Uyama.

Tips for completing Moment of Truth
Part 1 is the combat half. Both fights happen in Uyama, the defence of House Sov at about 569 trillion strength and the Klingon vessel at about 564 trillion, with the 125K Σ-Dilithium donation between them. Repair after the first fight if you can, because the second follows closely.
Part 2 swaps named fights for 10 hostiles of level 80 or higher and a 1.4M Σ-Parsteel donation for the tomb. That is the largest cost in the chain, and Part 2 pays no Σ-Parsteel back, so stock it before you start. The Σ resources guide covers where Σ-Parsteel comes from.
The faction swing is 69.6 billion Klingon Points gained against 81.4 billion Romulan Points and 38.2 billion Federation Points lost. See faction reputation if you are balancing standings. Yalika and House Sov in Uyama both appear earlier in the level 74 Fracture chain.
Are the Moment of Truth rewards worth it?
For Klingon players, yes. The 500 Klingon Recruit Tokens and 5,000 Σ-Klingon Credits come with 11,700,000 7★ Raw Gas, 920,000 7★ Broken Survey Parts, 2 Gravimetric Data and a net 204,000 Σ-Dilithium after the Part 1 donation. The 1.4M Σ-Parsteel tomb donation is the real price, along with two fights and a hostile grind. Commanders protecting Romulan standing may want to skip it.
