Liquidation is a VESTA story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where bounty hunters come after your station. The game lists a recommended level of 11. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 5 to finish, since the only named system is Fithis. You fight three ships in a row, each at roughly 3,700 to 3,900 strength, then trace VESTA’s signal. The reward is 200 Dilithium and three 1 Hour Speed Ups, a fair return for a mission that stays close to home.
Liquidation objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Return to your Station.
- Defeat the bounty hunter. Enemy strength is roughly 3,760.
- Defeat the bounty hunter. Enemy strength is roughly 3,725.
- Defeat the final ship. Enemy strength is roughly 3,877.
- Trace VESTA’s signal. Location: Fithis.
The story is simple: the bounty hunters are hitting your station, so the mission calls you back to defend it. No system is named for the three fights, and they follow straight on from the return to your station. The final ship is the strongest of the three by a small margin.
Once the station is clear, the last objective points you outward. Tracing VESTA’s signal takes you to Fithis, and the mission completes there.
Where and what warp
No pickup system is listed, and the mission opens at warp 1. It needs warp 5 to complete, which covers the trip to Fithis. That is a short jump, so most players who meet the level 11 recommendation will already have the range.
The recommended level is 11. The three fights are close together in strength, so if your ship handles the first bounty hunter comfortably, the other two should go the same way.
Liquidation rewards

Liquidation at other levels
Liquidation is offered in 4 versions, at recommended levels 4, 11, 26 and 40. The story is the same in each, but the objectives, systems, warp and rewards change with the version. The walkthrough above covers the level 11 version.
| Recommended level | Systems | Warp to complete | Rewards |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | No set system | 1 | 15 1★ Explorer Parts, 100 Officer XP |
| 11 (this page) | Fithis | 5 | 200 Dilithium, 3 1 Hour Speed Up |
| 26 | Exchange Alpha | 24 | 400 Ultra Recruit Token, 26,000 Dilithium, 1 30 Minute Speed Up |
| 40 | No set system | 1 | 267,000 Dilithium, 4,247,000 Tritanium, 90 1 Hour Speed Up |
The three fights in detail
All three enemies sit in a narrow band. The first bounty hunter is about 3,760 strength, the second about 3,725, and the final ship about 3,877. The difference between the weakest and strongest is roughly 150, so none of them is a sudden spike.
What adds up is the sequence. You fight three times in a row without a travel step in between, and any hull damage from the first fight carries into the second and third unless you repair. Because the mission sends you back to your station first, you can dock and repair between fights if a battle goes worse than expected.
After the third kill, the signal trace is a travel objective, so there is nothing left to fight once you head for Fithis.
Tips
Bring your best combat ship to the station and keep it there for all three fights. Swapping ships between fights wastes time, and the enemies are close enough in strength that one well-crewed ship can take all of them.
Repair between fights if your hull drops low. You are already at your station for this part of the mission, so a repair costs you only a little time.
Save the three 1 Hour Speed Ups for a building upgrade or research you want finished sooner. At this stage an hour off a timer is worth more than 200 Dilithium.
