Law and Order is a single mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help the Andorians capture two dangerous Suliban raiders. It is picked up in Thama and needs warp 27 to start and finish, with the fights at Azati Prime. Both raiders sit around 300,000 strength. The only reward is 1,650,000 Parsteel, the largest Parsteel payout among the missions handed out in Thama.
Law and Order objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Investigate the scene of the attack on Azati Prime. Location: Azati.
- Capture the Suliban Raider. Location: Azati. Enemy strength is roughly 305,058.
- Capture the Suliban Raider Captain. Location: Azati. Enemy strength is roughly 293,839.
- Return the prisoners to Suaneh. Location: Thama.
You start by investigating the attack on Azati Prime. The next two steps are the fights: first the Suliban Raider, then its captain, both in Azati. The final step takes the prisoners back to Suaneh in Thama, where the mission was picked up, so you finish close to where you started.
Where and what warp
Law and Order is picked up in Thama, which needs warp 27, and completing it also takes warp 27. A ship that reaches Thama has the range for Azati.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. The two Suliban fights, back to back at roughly 305,000 and 294,000 strength, are the real test.

Thama hands out several other one-off missions at the same warp range. All of them pay Parsteel:

Law and Order is the only one of the four with combat, and it pays the most. The other three ask you to spend resources instead: 600K Tritanium for Crisis Response, 600K Tritanium plus 800 G3 Raw Ore for Recompense, and 120K Dilithium for Technological Marvels. If you would rather fight than donate, Law and Order is the one to take.
Tips
Bring your combat ship straight to Azati. The investigation step is travel only, and both captures follow immediately in the same system.
Repair between the two captures if your hull is low. The Raider Captain is almost as strong as the first raider.
Pick up the other Thama missions on the same trip. They share the pickup system, so one visit can load several jobs.
