Incrimination is a Romulan storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you plant false evidence to pin blame on either Starfleet or the Klingon Empire. The recommended level is 1, it can be picked up at warp 1, and it needs warp 47 to complete. It starts at the Romulan Senate on Romulus and then splits: frame the Federation through Yridia, or frame the Klingons through Orion and Babel. Both paths pay the same Romulan Credits and Romulan Points; only the recruit tokens differ.
Incrimination objectives
Everyone starts with the same two steps:
- Speak with the Romulan Senate. Location: Romulus.
- Choose which enemy faction to frame.
The second step is a choice split. Each path has three objectives and its own reward list.
Frame the Federation
- Sell falsified evidence to the Yridians for circulation. Location: Yridia.
- Return home to accept a message from Scotty.
- Deliver word of Federation unrest to the Romulan Senate. Location: Romulus.
Rewards: 1,000 Romulan Recruit Token, 600 Romulan Credits, 100,000 Romulan Points, -100,800 Federation Points, -67,200 Klingon Points, 1 Damaged Datapad.
Frame the Klingons
- Distribute proof of the Klingon attack to the Orions. Location: Orion.
- Return home to wait out the news of the Klingon attack.
- Hand over eye witness account of the Klingon assault to Kirk. Location: Babel.
Rewards: 1,000 Federation Recruit Token, 600 Romulan Credits, 100,000 Romulan Points, -100,800 Federation Points, -67,200 Klingon Points, 1 Damaged Datapad.
Neither path has a fight. Both are delivery runs with a stop at home in the middle, and both finish with a hand-off in a named system.
Where and what warp
Incrimination needs warp 1 to start and warp 47 to complete. The first objective is on Romulus, so that is where the mission effectively begins. The Federation path then takes you to Yridia and back to Romulus, and the Klingon path takes you to Orion and then Babel. The recommended level is 1.
The mission comes straight after Assault on Wolf 359, which is picked up on Romulus and needs warp 40. That mission is where you take the chance to strike at Starfleet in the Wolf system; Incrimination is the cover story that follows.

Completing either path unlocks the next mission, Remus.
Tips
Choose by recruit token, not by story. The faction swing is identical on both paths: you gain 100,000 Romulan Points and lose 100,800 Federation Points and 67,200 Klingon Points whichever faction you frame. The only real difference is whether you get 1,000 Romulan Recruit Tokens or 1,000 Federation Recruit Tokens.
Be ready for the standing hit. Losing over 100,000 Federation Points and 67,200 Klingon Points on a single mission is a large swing. If you are trying to keep either faction friendly, weigh that before you accept.
Plan the route by warp. Yridia sits on the Federation path and Orion and Babel on the Klingon path, and the mission as a whole needs warp 47, so check your range against the systems on the route you pick before you commit.
