Homelands is a one-step story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you meet with the Enterprise before things go too far. It starts at warp 1 but needs warp 120 to complete, because the meeting takes place in Sozin. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but warp 120 is the real requirement. There is no combat, and the reward is 20,000 Officer XP and 100 Recruit Tokens. Finishing it unlocks Diplomacy.
Homelands objectives
There is one objective and no choice split:
- Meet with the Enterprise. Location: Sozin.
Fly to Sozin and the mission completes. No hostile is listed, nothing is donated and there is no return step.
Where and what warp
Homelands can be picked up at warp 1, but reaching Sozin to complete it takes warp 120. That jump is the whole challenge; the recommended level of 1 does not reflect it. Warp 120 is the same range as late missions such as A Warrior’s Spirit and Compensation, so this is a late-game trip despite its simple objective.
Since there is no fight, the ship you send only needs the range. A survey or mining ship with warp 120 will do the job as well as a battleship.

Completing the mission also unlocks the next one in the storyline, Diplomacy.
The rewards are modest for this stage of the game. The main reason to run Homelands is to open Diplomacy and the story that follows.
Other warp 120 missions without combat
Several missions need warp 120 but ask for no fight, only travel, collection or a donation. Homelands is the simplest of them:

Homelands is the only one of these that finishes on arrival. Missing Ingredients also sends you to Sozin, so if both are in your log, one trip covers the first step of each.
The others pay more but ask for more: 3,000 4★ Raw Gas for Missing Ingredients, 150 Federation Messages for A Warrior’s Spirit and 4M Dilithium for Compensation. Homelands asks only for the trip.
Tips
Send a non-combat ship. Your battleships are better used elsewhere, and any ship with warp 120 can finish this.
Stack it with Missing Ingredients if you have both, since each needs a trip to Sozin.
