Closure is a Federation story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you return a fallen Starfleet officer’s personal effects to his family on Earth. It follows straight on from For the Fallen. The effects have been stolen, so you track the thieves through Romashki and LSP-539 before flying home to Sol. It needs warp 135 to complete and ends with a fight against Nurzak at roughly 5.65 million strength. The reward is 900 Ultra Recruit Tokens and a large Föderation reputation gain.
Closure objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Go to Romashki and track down the thieves. Location: Romashki.
- Defeat 10 hostiles in Romashki of Level 45 or higher. Location: Romashki.
- Track down the thief to LSP-539. Location: LSP-539.
- Defeat Nurzak. Location: LSP-539. Enemy strength is roughly 5,649,811.
- Return the personal effects of the fallen officer to his family on Earth. Location: Sol.
Unlike many kill objectives, the 10 hostiles here must be in Romashki itself and at level 45 or higher, so you cannot farm them anywhere else. Once they are down, the trail leads to LSP-539 and the thief, Nurzak. That fight is the hardest part of the mission. After it you carry the recovered effects to Sol, which completes the mission.

There is no pickup system and the mission can be accepted from warp 1. Completing it needs warp 135 to reach Romashki, LSP-539 and Sol.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. Level 45 hostiles in a fixed system and a boss near 5.65 million strength are the real requirement, together with a ship that has the range for warp 135.

The reputation lines pull hard toward the Federation. You gain 448,000 Federation Points but lose 725,760 Klingon Points and 161,280 Romulan Points.

For the Fallen covers the funeral procession for First Officer Kelly, and Closure deals with the fallen officer’s stolen personal effects. The second mission is the harder of the two by a wide margin: its boss is more than five times stronger, and it adds a system-locked kill count.
Tips
Clear the Romashki kills with a ship that can handle level 45 hostiles repeatedly. You cannot leave the system to find easier targets, so the kill count can take longer than it looks.
Repair before jumping to LSP-539. Nurzak at around 5.65 million strength is a step up from anything else in the pair, and arriving damaged after 10 fights is the easiest way to lose.
Think about the reputation cost. A loss of over 725,000 Klingon Points is large, so this mission suits players who have already committed to the Federation.
