Invaluable Asset is the Star Trek Fleet Command mission where you choose which major faction to back in the galactic war. After returning to your station to decide your future, you pick the Federation, the Romulan Star Empire or the Klingonisch Empire, fly to that faction’s capital and collect Damaged Datapads. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 40 to complete. Every path pays 10,000,000 Parsteel and 100,000 Officer XP; the faction you pick decides whether the bonus is refined Gas, ore or crystal.
Invaluable Asset objectives
Two shared steps come first:
- Return to the Station to decide your future.
- Gain favor with a major Faction.
At the second step the mission asks which faction you want to assist in the war, and splits into three paths.
Federation path
- Set course for Earth to assist Starfleet. Location: Sol.
- Collect 4 Damaged Datapads.
Rewards: 10,000,000 Parsteel, 50 3★ Seltene Refined Gas and 100,000 Officer XP.
Romulan path
- Set course for Romulus to assist the Romulanisch Star Empire. Location: Romulus.
- Collect 4 Damaged Datapads.
Rewards: 10,000,000 Parsteel, 50 3★ Rare Refined Erze and 100,000 Officer XP.
Klingon path
- Set course for Kronos to assist the Klingon Empire. Location: Kronos.
- Collect Damaged Datapads.
Rewards: 10,000,000 Parsteel, 50 3★ Rare Refined Kristall and 100,000 Officer XP.
Wo und welcher Warp
Invaluable Asset has no pickup system and starts at warp 1. It needs warp 40 to complete, which is the range for reaching whichever capital you choose: Sol for the Föderation, Romulus for the Romulans or Kronos for the Klingons.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. No fights are listed on any path, so warp 40 and the datapad collection are the only things to plan for.

Completing any path unlocks the next mission in the chain.
Invaluable Asset and neighbouring missions
The mission before this is Antwort der Vorfahren, where you decipher the message on Carraya II. It pays 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens plus 50 each of 3★ Rare Refined Ore, Crystal and Gas at warp 47. The mission after is Einschalten, a warp 1 step where you earn a Commendation of Rank VI with your allied faction for 10 1M Parsteel Tokens.
Tips
Choose the faction you actually want to build with. Power Up, the next mission, asks for a Rank VI commendation with your allied faction, so the choice here carries forward.
If you have no strong preference, let the refined material decide. Each path adds 50 of a different 3★ Rare refined resource, so pick whichever of gas, ore or crystal your next upgrade is short on.
