Trustworthy is a Federation faction mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about earning the Federation’s respect. You collect 3 Starfleet Service Ribbons, then donate the same 3. It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 1 Parsteel, so treat it as a small checklist step next to the work that earns the ribbons.
Trustworthy objectives
The story line is to complete tasks for the Federation to earn their respect. There are two objectives and no choice split:
- Collect 3 Starfleet Service Ribbons.
- Donate 3 Starfleet Service Ribbons.
In the mission dialogue, your contact explains that assignments are available and that each task you take on earns a Service Ribbon. Once you have three, the donation step hands them over.

No system is named, and warp 1 covers both start and completion.
The recommended level is 1. The only real requirement is finishing enough assignments to earn three ribbons.
