The Task is a ten-part mission chain that sends you across timelines into a splinter reality ruled by Khan and his Augment Exiles. You rescue the Enterprise crew and Admiral Kirk, recover the USS Enterprise, rally the Federation, Romulans and Klingons, and finally defeat Joachim. Every part is recommended for level 38 and starts at warp 1; Part 1 finishes at warp 2, the rest between warp 47 and warp 70. Each part pays officer shards for WOK Carol Marcus, WOK Joachim or WOK Leonard McCoy along with Wrath Credits, and the finale adds 125 Khan Skill Points. Plan for warp 70 and several donations.

The Task Part 1
Help an unknown Independent make further repairs to their station. The derelict station in Estrada is surrounded by scavengers you have to clear first.
- Travel to the derelict station in Estrada.
- Defend yourself from the scavengers in Estrada (enemy strength ~3,491,974).
- Break through the scavenger lines in Estrada (enemy strength ~3,598,569).
- Drive off the scavengers in Estrada (enemy strength ~3,358,989).
- Procure the shield modulator from the derelict station in Estrada.
- Kehren Sie zu Ihrer Station zurück.

The Task Part 2
Travel to the splinter timeline and establish contact with Khan. You cross into Letoria, meet Khan on Ceti Alpha VI, and bounce between the Mutara Nebula and Ceti Alpha V.
- Traverse timelines into unknown territory in Letoria.
- Push back the unknown attacker in Letoria (enemy strength ~3,598,569).
- Meet with Khan on Ceti Alpha VI.
- Travel to the Mutara Nebula in Mutara.
- Travel to Ceti Alpha V.
- Defend yourself in Ceti Alpha (enemy strength ~3,491,974).

The Task Part 3
Find allies in this dangerous new territory. The Augment Exiles chase you through Gamma 400 until a rescuer’s ship leads you to an allied fleet that needs supplies.
- Escape from the Augment Exiles in Gamma 400.
- Destroy the Augment pursuer in Gamma 400 (enemy strength ~3,358,989).
- Follow the rescuer’s ship in Gamma 400.
- Utilize 8M Tritanium to repair your ship’s hull.
- Provide 1.5M Dilithium to the allied fleet.

The Task Part 4
Rescue the Besatzung der Enterprise from Ceti Alpha V, then bring them back to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.
- Join the allied fleet on their journey to Ceti Alpha.
- Defeat 15 hostiles of level 36 or higher.
- Scan for the crew’s location on Ceti Alpha V.
- Defeat the Augment Exile ship in Ceti Alpha (enemy strength ~3,491,974).
- Ensure the crew are returned safely to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.

The Task Part 5
Rescue Admiral Kirk. You ambush the convoy carrying him in Cestus and fight through three stages while Spock works.
- Intercept the convoy transporting Kirk in Cestus.
- Break the convoy’s formation in Cestus (enemy strength ~3,358,989).
- Buy Spock more time in Cestus (enemy strength ~3,491,974).
- Prevent the Augment ship from giving chase in Cestus (enemy strength ~3,598,569).
- Return Kirk safely to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.

The Task Part 6
Retrieve the USS Enterprise. It is being held in Achrady, where an Arkonian station expects payment before you can tow the ship home.
- Confirm the location of the USS Enterprise in Achrady.
- Move into hailing range of the space station in Achrady.
- Reward the Arkonian’s diligent service with 50M Parsteel.
- Tow the Enterprise back to Gamma 400.
- Defeat the Arkonian pursuer in Gamma 400 (enemy strength ~3,358,989).
- Secure the Enterprise at Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.

The Task Part 7
Help a stowaway engineer disappear from Augment space. A Daten forger in Mafra sells a new identity, and an Augment Exile ship shows up before the handoff is done.
- Escort the stowaway to the data forger in Mafra.
- Pay 2,500 3★ Rohkristall for the new identity.
- Meet with the vanisher in Mafra.
- Destroy the Augment Exile ship in Mafra (enemy strength ~3,358,989).
- Report back to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.

The Task Part 8
Rescue the prisoners of war from captivity in Azmodel. The hostile sweep here targets level 28 or higher, the lowest in the chain.
- Verify the presence of the prisoners in Azmodel.
- Defeat 20 hostiles of level 28 or higher.
- Secure as many prisoners as possible in Azmodel.
- Destroy the Augment Exile ship in Azmodel (enemy strength ~3,491,974).
- Return to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.

The Task Part 9
Convince the major powers to fight back against Khan. There is no combat here; each faction wants a donation before it signs on.
- Ask the Federation to join the fight against Khan in Alpha Centauri.
- Donate 1.75M Dilithium to the Föderation.
- Ask the Romulans to join the fight against Khan in Vendor.
- Donate 7.5M Tritanium to the Romulans.
- Ask the Klingonen to join the fight against Khan in Morska.
- Donate 45M Parsteel to the Klingons.

The Task Part 10
Take a stand against the Augment Exiles. You lead the resistance at Ceti Alpha, defeat Joachim and report back to the DTI at your Station.
- Lead the resistance against Khan in Ceti Alpha.
- Defeat 15 hostiles of level 36 or higher.
- Prepare to rescue more prisoners from Ceti Alpha V.
- Defeat Joachim in Ceti Alpha (enemy strength ~3,598,569).
- Return to Starbase 12 in Gamma 400.
- Report back to the DTI at your Station.

Tips for completing The Task
Part 1 is deceptive. It finishes at warp 2, but its three scavenger fights run from about 3.4 million to 3.6 million strength, the same range as the rest of the chain. If you can win in Estrada, you can win every named fight that follows.
Part 6 needs warp 70 to reach Achrady, the highest in the chain. Most other parts sit at warp 56, with Part 2 at 52 and Part 9 at 47.
Budget for the donations. Part 3 takes 8M Tritanium and 1.5M Dilithium, Part 6 takes 50M Parsteel, Part 7 takes 2,500 3★ Raw Crystal, and Part 9 alone asks for 1.75M Dilithium, 7.5M Tritanium and 45M Parsteel. The chain pays no Parsteel, Tritanium or Dilithium back, so all of it comes from your stock.
Hostile sweeps appear in Parts 4, 8 and 10: 15 targets of level 36 or higher twice and 20 of level 28 or higher once.
