The Klingon Who Wouldn’t is a level 63 side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you escort SuD the Yellow, High Preacher of the Way of Cowardice, to the annual Klingon Congress. It is picked up in Darklake, needs warp 1,100 to start and warp 1,250 to complete, and runs through Wq’al, LuchenmoH and H’Naah. There are two fights of about 3.37 billion strength and 10 hostiles of level 64 or higher. The reward is 8,460,000,000 Tritanium, 373,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and a large Klingon reputation gain.
The Klingon Who Wouldn’t objectives
There are seven objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Collect SuD from Cartan in the Wq’al system. Location: Wq’al.
- Defeat the Klingon Ship. Location: Wq’al. Enemy strength about 3,367,690,171.
- Set course for LuchenmoH. Location: LuchenmoH.
- Defeat Klingon vessel. Location: LuchenmoH. Enemy strength about 3,367,690,171.
- Travel to the H’naah system. Location: H’Naah.
- Defeat 10 hostiles of level 64 or higher.
- Deliver SuD to the Klingon Congress. Location: H’Naah.
Klingons from across the galaxy are gathering for the Congress, where blood wine flows and debates are often settled physically. SuD, who preaches the Way of Cowardice at the Altar of the BIHnuch, wants you to get him there alive. He knows he will be hated. He has survived this long, he says, because there is no honour in killing an unarmed coward, but the Congress is a different matter.
The first attacker finds you in Wq’al. Then a warp tunnel-block drops you out of warp in LuchenmoH, where Ogama of House Klovox demands SuD be handed over and attacks when you refuse. In H’Naah the system is swarming with Klingon ships, and you fight a path through. On the way in, SuD admits why he does it: Klingon art, music and literature are being buried under endless belligerence, and he will not allow it. Speakers at the Congress have amnesty, and he opens his sermon to boos and thrown gagh.

It pays the most Tritanium of the eight, 8.46 billion, and the most Raw Σ-Parsteel, but it is also the only one needing warp 1,250.
Tips
The two named Klingon ships are weak for this level; the ten level 64 hostiles in H’Naah are the real work. Wq’al, LuchenmoH and H’Naah are also where the level 64 Klingon side missions send you, so you may already know the route.
