The Empire Calls II is the second mission in the KSG’s Empire Calls series in Star Trek Fleet Command. It appears at warp 1 after Das Imperium ruft I and needs warp 400 to complete. You scout a Klingon assault fleet in Isa’day, fight two ships there, then report back in Lycrus. The payout is 81,000,000 Tritanium and ten 1M Dilithium Tokens on top of Klingon standing, and finishing it unlocks The Empire Calls III. It is a short mission with a large resource reward.
The Empire Calls II objectives
The story line is to determine the scale of the Klingonisch assault fleet. There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Scout the enemy fleet. Location: Isa’day.
- Defeat the enemy scout. Location: Isa’day. Enemy strength around 36.7 million.
- Defeat the enemy battleship. Location: Isa’day. Enemy strength around 37.2 million.
- Report back. Location: Lycrus.
Three of the four steps happen in Isa’day, and two of them are fights, one after the other. Once the battleship is down you only need to travel to Lycrus to turn the mission in.
Wo und welcher Warp
There is no pickup system. The mission shows up at warp 1 once The Empire Calls I is finished, and you need warp 400 to reach Isa’day and Lycrus and complete it.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. Treat that as a placeholder: the warp 400 range and two enemies at around 37 million strength are what decide whether you can run it.
The Empire Calls II rewards
| Belohnung | Amount |
|---|---|
| Tritanium | 81,000,000 |
| 1M Dilithium Token | 10 |
| Klingon Credits | 800 |
| Klingon Points | 3,600,000 |
| Romulanisch Punkte | -7,387,200 |
The Romulan Points figure is negative, so the mission trades Romulan standing for Klingon standing. The Fraktionsruf page explains how that works. Completing The Empire Calls II unlocks The Empire Calls III.
How it compares with the rest of the series
The five Empire Calls missions form one storyline, and each pays a different mix:
| Mission | Warp to complete | Main rewards | Klingon Points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Das Imperium ruft I | 400 | 4 5★ Ungewöhnlich Interceptor Parts, 1 KSG Datapad | 3,600,000 |
| The Empire Calls II | 400 | 81,000,000 Tritanium, 10 1M Dilithium Tokens | 3,600,000 |
| The Empire Calls III | 255 | 81,000,000 Tritanium, 4 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts | 3,600,000 |
| The Empire Calls IV | 440 | 20 1B Parsteel Tokens plus a path reward | 5,200,000 |
| The Empire Calls V | 320 | 4,550,000,000 Parsteel, 4 5★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts | 5,200,000 |
Every mission in the series also pays 800 Klingon Credits and takes away Romulan Points, from 7,387,200 in the first three to 11,044,800 in the last two.
Part II and Part III pay the same 81,000,000 Tritanium, so the first half of the series is a good Tritanium source if you are working through KSG content anyway.
Tips
Bring a combat ship that can take two fights in a row. The scout and the battleship are back to back in Isa’day with no travel step between them, so repair before you leave rather than between fights.
The Dilithium arrives as tokens, so you can open them when you need the Dilithium instead of holding it all in your vault at once.
If you are levelling Klingon standing, run the whole series in order; the last two missions pay 5,200,000 Klingon Points each. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
