Effortless is a Romulan-side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help the Tal Shiar weaken Federation reinforcements sent against the Klingon Separatists. Five Javaid shards is the part most players are after. The Romulan Credits and reputation help if you are working toward Romulan faction rewards, and the Federation loss of 1,200 is small.

Both pay 2,000 Romulan Points and cost 1,200 Federation Points. The USS Riverbrooke in the next mission matches the USS Browning’s strength, so beating the Browning is a good sign you are ready.
Tips
Kill the eight hostiles in Angosia, not elsewhere. The objective names the system, and you are there anyway for the Browning.
Repair between the hostiles and the Browning if your hull is low. The Browning is the strongest target in the mission.
