Lost Colors is a Klingon-side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you plant tracking beacons on three planets the Klingons have asked the Gorn to occupy. It is picked up in Morska, needs warp 20 to start and warp 27 to finish, and runs through Morska, H’Atoria and Carraya. The one fight is a Suliban scout at about 133,000 strength. The rewards are 16 3★ Uncommon Refined Kristall, 230 Klingon Credits, 10,000 Klingon reputation and an Encryption Key.
Lost Colors objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Tag the planet of KineQ. Location: Morska.
- Scout the region around Heghpu’HuD. Location: H’Atoria.
- Destroy the Suliban scout. Location: H’Atoria. Enemy strength is roughly 133,020.
- Tag the final target at Carraya. Location: Carraya.
The first tag is right where you pick the mission up, on KineQ in Morska. The second stop is H’Atoria, where scouting the region turns up a Suliban scout to destroy. The last beacon goes down at Carraya, which completes the mission. There is no return-to-station step.

Lost Colors is picked up in Morska, which needs warp 20. Completing it takes warp 27, since H’Atoria and Carraya are further out.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. The Suliban scout at about 133,020 strength is the fight to prepare for, and warp 27 is the range you need to finish.

All three pay an Encryption Key and cost Romulan and Federation reputation. Lost Colors and Away from the Hegemony have identical reputation effects; Towers pays a little more reputation and needs more warp. Away from the Hegemony also sends you to H’Atoria, so it pairs well with this mission.
Tips
Tag KineQ as soon as you accept. The first objective is in Morska itself, so there is no travel before the first step clears.
Bring a combat ship for the H’Atoria leg. The Suliban scout appears after the scouting step there.
Run Away from the Hegemony alongside it. Both use H’Atoria, and together they give you two Encryption Keys. More missions at this range are on the mission guide.
