Inoculation is a level 65 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command, picked up in Lifear. The Goraxi fighter Kauros takes you after Captain Thawg, an Independent arms dealer who sells weapons technology to the Jem’Hadar, so the Goraxi can seize his stock. It needs warp 1250 to start and to complete, includes a 15-hostile fight and a boss, and pays 57,500 Concentrated Latinum, 368,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium and Romulan reputation.
Inoculation objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Escort the Goraxi to Mectuna. Location: Mectuna.
- Defeat 15 hostiles of level 64 or higher.
- Defeat Captain Thawg. Location: Mectuna.
- Escape back to Goraxi territory. Location: Lifear.
Kauros says Thawg sells isolytic upgrades and improved torpedo launchers to the likes of the Jem’Hadar, and is holed up in a fortification in Mectuna. He will not answer hails from ships he does not know, so your crew suggests disabling as much of his fleet as possible to draw him out. Those are the 15 hostiles.
Thawg recognizes you as the Independent with the Progenitor A.I. and says he would like to add Maia to his collection. His ship is listed at about 9.16 billion strength. Once it falls, Kauros beams out as much weapons tech as the cargo bay will hold, and you return to Lifear, where Degar talks of moving to the next phase of the Goraxi plans.

Inoculation is picked up in Lifear, the fighting is in Mectuna, and you return to Lifear. Both the start and the finish need warp 1250, and the recommended level is 65.

Level 65 Goraxi missions
Inoculation is one of six level 65 Goraxi missions. A seventh Lifear mission, Fade To Black, deals with a Klingon assault on the Goraxi colony there.

Tips
Captain Thawg at about 9.16 billion strength is the hardest single fight of the Lifear pair, and it follows straight after the 15 hostiles. Repair between them if you can.
Only hostiles of level 64 or higher count toward the 15.
