Hijacked Legionary-Schlachtschiff

The Hijacked Legionary is a grade 3 Uncommon Romulan Battleship, the Augment-modified version of the Legionary line. It is a combat hull built to punish Föderationsschiffe: its always-on ability raises weapon damage against Federation targets, and its heavy kinetic gun does the real work in a fight. You unlock the build at Shipyard level 26. For its grade, it is a focused anti-Federation pick rather than an all-rounder.

How to get the Hijacked Legionary

Building the Hijacked Legionary takes 80 blueprints and a Shipyard at level 26. The build costs 1,300,000 Tritanium, 500 units of 3★ Gemeinsame Refined Ore, 200 Common Plutonium, and 30,000 Dilithium, and it runs 12 days and 22 hours from start to finish, so plan your construction queue around that timeline. The game Daten sets the blueprint count and the build gate. Where the blueprints show up rotates over time, so check the current stores and event offers when you are ready to collect them rather than relying on any single source.

Hijacked Legionary ability

The ship ability is Federation Killer, and it is always active. It increases the Legionary’s weapon damage against Federation ships, starting at +30% at ship level 1 and climbing to +120% at level 45. The bonus applies only when your target is a Federation ship, which is what makes this a specialist hull.

In practice, the Legionary is at its best hunting Federation hostiles or fighting Federation players in its level band. Against any other faction the ability adds nothing, so you gain the most by pointing it at the enemies it was built for. Because the bonus grows with ship level, a leveled Legionary hits Federation targets far harder than its grade suggests, while a low-level one performs closer to a stock battleship. If you spend a lot of time in Federation space, that scaling is the reason to keep the ship in your active rotation and level it past the early tiers.

Stats and tiers

Base values from the current game data; research, buffs, and Offiziere raise them in play.

Ebene Warp (speed / range) Impulse Cargo (protected) Shield HP Hull HP Health (displayed)
Stufe 1 2.5 / 24 85 10,000 (230) 3,930 25,100 14,515
Stufe 5 2.9 / 33 85 22,970 (280) 3,930 49,525 26,728
Stufe 9 3.3 / 50 85 60,000 (450) 3,930 64,340 34,135

This is a battleship that puts its survivability in the hull rather than the shield. Displayed Health climbs from 14,515 at tier 1 to 34,135 at tier 9, and almost all of that gain is hull: shield HP stays flat at 3,930 across every tier while hull HP more than doubles. In play that means armor and hull research return more on the Legionary than shield research does, and the ship’s small cargo hold confirms it is meant for fighting, not hauling.

Weapons and firing pattern

Warm-up is the round a weapon first fires; cool-down is how many rounds pass between shots after that. At max tier the Legionary carries three weapons: two light energy guns that fire every round and one heavy kinetic gun on a slower cycle.

Waffe Typ Shots Warm-up Cool-down Damage Crit chance Crit damage
Waffe 1 Energie 1 1 1 6,217–7,599 10% 150%
Waffe 2 Energie 1 1 1 6,217–7,599 10% 150%
Waffe 3 Kinetic 1 3 3 26,112–31,915 5% 125%

The kinetic gun is the ship’s main damage. It hits for roughly four times what either energy gun does, but it warms up on round three and then fires every third round, so its output arrives in bursts rather than a steady stream. Federation Killer raises weapon damage across all three guns, so every shot benefits when you are fighting a Federation ship.

Crew slots and officer bonus

Officer slots open as the ship levels:

Ship level Officer slots
5 1
10 2
20 3
30 4
40 5

The ship also boosts your officers’ stats, stepping up a ladder as it progresses. On the Hijacked Legionary the attack, defense, and health bonuses are identical, so the single ladder below applies to all three.

Amount Bonus
120 30%
240 60%
390 90%
540 120%
720 150%
960 180%
1,320 210%
1,800 240%
2,400 270%
3,600 300%

Crew for the Hijacked Legionary

As a Battleship, the Legionary wants a combat bridge, and its Federation Killer ability points you toward officers that raise weapon damage so you stack more damage on top of the anti-Federation bonus. A captain who boosts attack or critical hits, backed by bridge officers that add weapon damage or shield mitigation, gets the most out of the heavy kinetic gun. Because the ability only helps against Federation targets, build the crew around the fights where you will actually fly the ship. Crews shift with the meta, so check the current picks on our officer tier list before you commit a bridge.

The Hijacked Legionary in Star Trek

The Legionary is a game-original Romulanisch design rather than a ship from the shows, so its story lives in the game’s own lore. In Star Trek, the Augments are genetically engineered humans from the Eugenics era, the same lineage as Khan Noonien Singh, known for seizing technology and turning it against its makers. The in-game description frames the Legionary as an older Romulan battleship that the Star Empire retired in favor of the Augur class, then the Augments took for their own fleet. Read the hijacking as game storytelling built on that Erweitern Sie reputation, not a scene from the series.

Is the Hijacked Legionary worth it?

For a grade 3 ship, the Hijacked Legionary is a sharp tool for one job: beating Federation targets. If you are grinding Federation hostiles or fighting Federation players around Shipyard level 26, its damage bonus makes it punch above its grade. As a specialist it fades once you outlevel that band and move into grade 4 hulls, and it does nothing against other factions. Chase it if Federation combat is where you spend your time, and skip it if your fights spread across every faction.
