Ghosts is a Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about an unknown enemy raiding Romulan supply lines along the Neutral Zone. You find the attacker’s signal in Yadalla, destroy an Independent Mercenary there, then disable and capture a Mercenary Interceptor in Nekosa. The mission is picked up in Romii and needs warp 40 to start and finish. The reward is 3,276,000 Tritanium, 30 30 Minute Repair Speed Ups and 100,000 Romulanisch Points, with a Federation reputation loss.
Ghosts objectives

The signal leads you to Yadalla, where the first fight is an Independent Mercenary at roughly 1.37 million strength. The second fight, in Nekosa, is noticeably harder: the Mercenary Interceptor is listed at about 2.1 million. Disabling and capturing it completes the mission.

You accept Ghosts in Romii. Warp 40 is needed to start and to complete, and the route is Romii to Yadalla, then on to Nekosa.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. Warp 40 and two fights, the second above 2 million strength, are the actual requirements.

Both pay 100,000 Romulan Points and 500 Romulan Credits. Ghosts has the harder combat, while Genetic Sequencing pays more in raw Ressourcen.
Tips
Repair between Yadalla and Nekosa. The Mercenary Interceptor is about 50 percent stronger than the first target, and you reach it straight after the first fight.
Use your strongest combat ship. With a target above 2 million strength, this is not a mission for a mid-range hull.
