The Federation Supply Dock is a Federation armada target in Star Trek Fleet Command, appearing at levels 23 through 50 across Federation space. It spawns as a station, not a roaming ship, so you take it down by forming an armada with your alliance instead of chasing it around a system. Every kill pays Rare Armada Credits along with Romulan and Klingonenfraktion points, which makes it a steady double-duty grind from the mid game onward.
How to beat the Federation Supply Dock
This is an armada station, so the usual hull-counter logic does not apply. There is no Interceptor, Explorer, or Battleship variant to counter; the fight is a straight power check against a fortified target. Rally your alliance, form an armada, and commit your strongest ships. Pick your level honestly: the level 23 dock sits at about 1.8 million total strength, the level 38 version climbs to roughly 34.9 million, and the level 50 dock lands near 394 million. That curve is steep, so a comfortable clear at one band says little about the next one up.
For crew, lead with a captain that raises weapon damage against hostiles and fill the bridge with Offiziere that add damage or survivability. Officers with bonuses against armada targets are the best picks once you own them. At the lowest bands the classic cadet crew (Cadet Kirk as captain with Cadet Spock and Cadet Uhura) still pulls its weight, but armada-specific crews outgrow it fast. Crews shift with the meta, so check the current Officer Tier List before you lock in a lineup.
Where to find the Federation Supply Dock
The dock spawns across ten level bands, each with its own set of Föderation systems. The low bands sit in familiar core space, with level 23 docks in Vulcan and Zadiaoo and level 35 docks in Andoria and Sirius, at warp ranges most mid-game ships can reach. From level 41 up the warp requirement jumps sharply, reaching warp 160 for the level 50 docks in Miers and Rylan, so your warp range decides which bands you can farm long before your firepower does.
| Ebene | Warp | Systeme |
|---|---|---|
| 23 | 13 | Bazamex, Earorfilad, Foaiveb, Gowok, Iocau, Metea, Priya, Vulcan, Zadiaoo |
| 26 | 18 | Angosia, Doska, Durchman, Hann, Lainey, S’mtharz |
| 29 | 19 | Losti, Noakyn, P’Jem |
| 32 | 26 | Barklay, Thama |
| 35 | 30 | Andoria, Sirius |
| 38 | 40 | Denobula Triaxa, Groombridge 34 |
| 41 | 65 | Dashai, Hyland, Kurchee |
| 44 | 75 | Holles, Jera, Kor Ar’Ka |
| 47 | 120 | Avofall, Sozin, Yarega |
| 50 | 160 | Miers, Rylan |
Rewards and what it drops
Every kill drops three things: Rare Armada Credits for the armada store, plus Romulan and Klingon points that raise your standing with those two factions. Payouts scale hard with level. Credits run from 255 at level 23 to more than 183,000 at level 50, and the faction points climb on a similar curve. Ship XP scales too, from 309 per kill at the bottom band to 1,406 at the top, so clearing a higher band is almost always worth it when your armada can manage the fight.
| Ablegen | What it is |
|---|---|
| Rare Armada Credit | Armada store currency; 255 to 183,057 per kill depending on level |
| Romulan Points | Romulan faction reputation; 108 to 75,200 per kill |
| Klingon Points | Klingon faction reputation; 48 to 37,600 per kill |

Federation Supply Dock firing pattern
The dock carries four weapons in two groups. Three Energy weapons fire every round for 7,491 to 9,156 damage a shot, and a single Kinetic weapon fires every other round for 17,582 to 21,489 a shot. Every weapon has a 10 percent critical chance at 1.5 times damage. The Energy battery is the steady pressure, and on alternating rounds the Kinetic shot stacks on top of it, so incoming damage nearly doubles on those rounds; time your mitigation and repairs around them. These figures come from the lowest band at level 23, and they scale up with the dock’s level.
| Weapon type | Count | Damage per shot | Fires | Crit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Energie | 3 | 7,491 to 9,156 | Every round | 10% (1.5x) |
| Kinetic | 1 | 17,582 to 21,489 | Every other round | 10% (1.5x) |
The Federation in Star Trek
The United Federation of Planets was founded in 2161 by Earth, Vulcan, Andoria, and Tellar as an alliance built on shared exploration, Wissenschaft, and mutual defense, with Starfleet as its exploratory and defensive arm. Keeping hundreds of member worlds supplied requires exactly the kind of orbital logistics infrastructure this hostile represents: dockyards, depots, and supply stations strung across core systems like Vulcan and Andoria. Star Trek Fleet Befehl puts that infrastructure on the target list, and there is a certain irony in raiding Starfleet supply lines to earn favor with the Romulans and Klingons, the Federation’s two oldest rivals.
Is the Federation Supply Dock worth grinding?
Yes. Few targets pay two faction reputations and armada store credits at the same time, and the ten level bands mean there is a version of this fight for almost every stage of the mid and late game. Farm the highest band your armada clears reliably, keep an eye on the warp jump past level 41, and move up a band as soon as the bigger payout is worth the fight.
