A New Day is a level 47 Klingon mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help the KSG set up in a secure location. It is picked up in Erzon’Uk at warp 120 and needs warp 120 to complete. You move equipment to Vita Nova in neutral space, fight off a Gorn marauder at about 7.2 million strength, scan the wreck and confront Y’raghn back in Erzon’Uk. The reward is 70 4★ Uncommon Refined Kristall, 700 Klingon Credits and 645,000 Klingon Points.
A New Day objectives
Four objectives, no choice split:
- Move equipment to neutral space. Location: Vita Nova.
- Defeat the Gorn marauder. Location: Vita Nova (enemy strength about 7,227,080).
- Scan the destroyed ship. Location: Vita Nova.
- Confront Y’raghn. Location: Erzon’Uk.
The first three steps happen in Vita Nova. A Gorn marauder attacks the new site, and scanning its wreck leads you back to Erzon’Uk to confront Y’raghn.

Tips
Stay in Vita Nova until the scan is done. Three steps in a row happen there, and the fight is the middle one.
Go in repaired for the marauder. At over 7 million strength it is a real fight for a level 47 ship.
The Romulan Points loss is a full million per run. If you care about Romulanisch standing, weigh that against the Klingonisch gain.
