Aggressive Expansion is a level 48 Klingon mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help capture a neutral star system for the Arkonians. It is picked up in Lu’Kash and needs warp 120 to start and to complete. You assist in taking Tovla, defeat 16 hostiles of level 40 or higher and report back to General Sis’Ra. The reward is 400 3 Hour Speed Ups, 700 Klingonisch Credits and 775,000 Klingon Points.
Aggressive Expansion objectives
Three objectives, no choice split:
- Assist in the capturing of the Tovla system. Location: Tovla.
- Defeat 16 hostiles of Level 40 or higher.
- Return to General Sis’Ra. Location: Lu’Kash.
You fly to Tovla to join the capture, clear 16 hostiles and then report to General Sis’Ra in Lu’Kash. There is no named boss; the hostile count is the fight.

The recommended level is 48, and the hostiles must be level 40 or higher, so a ship built for that bracket will handle the count.

Aggressive Expansion is the only one of these with no single big fight, which makes it the easiest to clear with a ship that handles level 40 hostiles well.
Tips
Hunt the 16 hostiles near Tovla. You are already there for the first step, and staying put saves travel before the return to Lu’Kash.
Watch the Romulan Points. At -1,350,000 per completion, this mission costs a lot of Romulanisch standing, so run it only if you are committed to the Klingonen.
400 3 Hour Speed Ups add up to 1,200 hours. Save them for the longest building or research timers.
