The Death of Andoria is a Federation storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where Suliban armadas swarm Andoria and you try to hold the line. It is picked up in Riktor and needs warp 48 to start and to finish. Three fights at Andoria run from roughly 1.39 million to 2.1 million strength before you retreat to Riktor II. The reward is 34,653,000 Parsteel, 34 3★ Uncommon Refined Gas and a Federation reputation boost, and completing it unlocks Es gibt keine zweite Chance.
The Death of Andoria objectives
The story line is “Hold the line as Suliban armadas swarm Andoria and begin to bombard the planet.” There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Attempt to retake Andoria. Location: Andoria.
- Destroy the IRW Urhik. Location: Andoria. Enemy strength is roughly 2,027,939.
- Destroy the Corvallen Cruiser. Location: Andoria. Enemy strength is roughly 1,385,777.
- Destroy a Suliban Interceptor. Location: Andoria. Enemy strength is roughly 2,104,711.
- Retreat to the colony on Riktor II. Location: Riktor.
All three fights take place at Andoria, one after another, against three different attackers: the IRW Urhik, a Corvallen Cruiser and a Suliban Interceptor. The Interceptor is the strongest of the three and comes last. The mission then pulls you back to Riktor II, the same system where you picked it up, and it ends there.

The Death of Andoria is accepted in Riktor. Unlike many missions that can be picked up at warp 1, this one needs warp 48 even to start, and warp 48 to finish. Only Andoria and Riktor are involved.
The mission data lists a recommended level of 1. Three fights above 1.3 million strength, two of them above 2 million, are the real test.

The Death of Andoria asks for more fighting in one place and a little more warp. If your ship handled the Suliban Hunter in The Fall of Weytahn, the fights here are in the same range, but there are three of them back to back.
Tips
Go in with a full hull. The three Andoria fights come one after another with no other objective in between, and the Suliban Interceptor at roughly 2,104,711 is the last and hardest.
Mind the Klingon reputation. The mission costs 144,000 Klingon Points in exchange for 100,000 Federation Points and 500 Federation Credits, which suits a Federation-leaning account.
