Cloak and Phaser is a level 72 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command for the Order, who suspect the Zhat Vash have followed them into the Veil. You pick it up in Yphuma, and it needs warp 1,600 to start and to complete. Expect a 25K Σ-Dilithium donation and one fight at about 6.7 trillion strength, with no choice split. The payout is 2,127,000 7★ Raw Ore, 147,000 7★ Broken Battleship Parts, 2,200 Σ-Romulan Credits and 1 Gravimetric Daten.
Cloak and Phaser objectives
Thalessa has spotted Romulans in the Veil who are not with the Order, and she blames Dorian’s return. Marilla asks you to come along to the Order’s newest outpost. The objectives run in this order:
- Meet with the Order in Zofitis.
- Donate 25K Σ-Dilithium to mask the base.
- Proceed to the trading post in Bulnoth.
- Defend yourself in Bulnoth (enemy strength ~6,743,165,195,220).
- Report back to the Order in Zofitis.
At the outpost Kotoma finally explains why the group is in the Margins at all. They were an elite Zhat Vash team that fell from grace, and they came hunting synths to win back their honour. The base is small enough to hide from Zhat Vash scans, but the Tarnung field needs power, which is where your Σ-Dilithium goes.
Maia then suggests a supply stop at a nearby trade station. A Zhat Vash agent corners you there and asks where the Order is hiding, and when Maia refuses to answer, his ship follows you out. Once it is destroyed you report back, and the Order decides to press on with the hunt.

Yphuma is the pickup, and every step after that happens in Zofitis or Bulnoth. Warp 1,600 covers both the start and the finish. The recommended level is 72.

Cloak and Phaser and The Treasures of Today pay identical amounts, one in Raw Ore and battleship parts and the other in Raw Gas and interceptor parts.
Tips
Check your Dilithium stock before you accept. The 25K Σ-Dilithium donation is the second objective, and the mission stalls there until you pay it. That is the real cost of the 2.1 million Raw Ore.
The fight in Bulnoth follows a travel step, so you arrive with whatever health you left Zofitis with. Repair first if you have been grinding. The Zhat Vash ship is listed at about 6.7 trillion strength, the same figure as the Klingon ship in the level 72 Federation mission Let Bygones Be Bygones.
Each Order mission here raises Romulan standing while costing more Federation standing than it gives, 18.8 billion against 16.1 billion in this case.
