Biohazard is a Klingon-aligned Star Trek Fleet Command mission where you remove a large container of hazardous biological material from a Klingon research colony. It is picked up in Enthra, needs warp 19 to start and warp 48 to complete, and the game lists it at recommended level 1. You collect the container at Doq’ej’etlh in Qu’Vat, face a choice about whether to investigate it, then dump it on Yisapik in Zaurak. Both outcomes pay 3,100 Klingon Points and 150 Klingon Credits, and both cost Romulan standing.
Biohazard objectives
The mission has two shared steps and then a choice:
- Take the hazardous container onboard at Doq’ej’etlh. Location: Qu’Vat.
- Investigate the container, or deliver it unopened?
Both answers lead to the same final objective:
- Dump the container on Yisapik. Location: Zaurak.
The route does not change with your answer; only the rewards do. The game Daten lists the two outcomes as Path 1 and Path 2 without tying them to the wording of the choice, so they are shown that way here.
Wo und welcher Warp
Biohazard is picked up in Enthra and needs warp 19 to start. Completing it takes warp 48, which covers the trip to Qu’Vat for the container and on to Zaurak to dump it. There is no combat and no return-to-station step, so the mission ends at Yisapik.
The recommended level is 1. In practice, the warp 19 pickup and warp 48 finish decide when you can run it.

What the reputation changes mean
Biohazard is a faction mission first and a resource mission second. Both paths give the same Klingonisch gain and the same Romulanisch loss, so the Klingon and Romulan side of the decision is fixed once you accept it.
The difference is the Föderation. Path 2 takes 874 Federation Points on top of the Romulan loss; Path 1 leaves Federation standing alone. If you are protecting your Federation standing, Path 1 is the safer outcome. How faction standing works is covered on the Fraktionsruf page.
Which path to take
Path 1 pays 70 3★ Battleship Parts and 4,000 Ship XP, which suit a player building up a battleship. Path 2 pays 150 Premium Recruit Tokens instead, at the price of the extra Federation hit. For most players the Federation penalty makes Path 1 the better choice unless you specifically want the recruit tokens and do not care about Federation standing.
Tips
Check your warp before accepting. The mission needs warp 19 to start, and the trip to Zaurak needs warp 48, so a ship that can reach Enthra may still fall short of the finish.
Any ship can carry the container. There is no fight, so a survey or mining hull with the range works as well as a combat ship.
If you are working toward Romulan standing, skip this mission. Both paths cost 2,579 Romulan Points. Every mission by level is on the mission guide.
