Annexation is a Romulan story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about taking Candor. You control the space around Candor by defeating 15 hostiles of level 35 or higher, then claim it for the Romulan Star Empire. The mission is picked up in Alpha Onias, needs warp 38 to start and complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 60,000 Romulan Points, Romulan Credits, 35 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups and 13 3★ Uncommon Refined Erze, and finishing it unlocks Fake Empire.
Annexation objectives
The story line asks you to control the space around Candor and claim it for the Romulan Star Empire. There are two objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Defeat 15 Hostiles of Level 35 or higher.
- Claim Candor for the Romulans. Location: Alpha Onias.
The kill objective does not name a system, so any hostile of level 35 or higher counts. There is no named enemy; once the kills are done, you claim Candor in Alpha Onias.
Wo und welcher Warp
The pickup system is Alpha Onias, and the mission needs warp 38 to start and to complete. The recommended level is listed as 1. A ship that can beat fifteen level 35 hostiles is the practical requirement.
Annexation rewards
| Belohnung | Amount |
|---|---|
| Romulan Points | 60,000 |
| Romulan Credits | 400 |

Der Abschluss der Mission schaltet außerdem die nächste Mission frei, Gefälschtes Imperium. As a Romulanisch mission, it raises Romulan standing and lowers Federation standing.
Where to find level 35 hostiles
You can do the kills in Alpha Onias itself. Current hostile data lists these Romulan hostiles there at level 35 and up:
| Feindliche | Levels in Alpha Onias |

| Romulanische Patrouille | 35–39 |
| Romulan Trained Fighter | 35–38 |
| Romulan War Coalition | 35–38 |
| Romulan Elite Assassin | 36 |
| Romulan Scout | 36 |

| Gefälschtes Imperium | 1 to start, 38 to complete | End the ambitions of the people of Candor; eliminate the Candori Patriot (about 673,107) | 100,000 Romulan Points, 500 Romulan Credits, 16 × 3 Hour Speed Up, 38 × 15 Minute Repair Speed Up |

Annexation is the only one of the three built on a kill count with no named enemy. The two that follow each have one strong named fight and pay more Romulan Points, with bigger Federation losses to match.
Tips
Farm the kills in Alpha Onias. The Patrol and Trained Fighter ships there start at level 35, the exact floor the objective sets.
Save the repair speed ups for Fake Empire and Last of the Giants, where the named fights are much tougher than anything in Annexation.
