Intention and Action is a Business as Usual storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you confront Sekula. It is recommended for level 27, starts at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete. After an 85,000 Dilithium payment and a fight with Sekula at roughly 204,300 power, you decide whether to hand her over to Starfleet or help her escape. Both paths pay 8,000 Föderation Points; the escape path adds 20 more Federation Credits.

The recommended level is 27. Sekula at about 204,300 is the single fight, and a combat ship ready for level 27 content can handle it.

Which choice to pick
Helping Sekula escape pays 20 more Federation Credits than handing her over, and nothing else differs. On the numbers alone, the escape path is slightly better. If you prefer the story outcome of turning her in, the cost is small.
