A False Door is a two-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain in which Dorian tries to make up for his mistakes by meeting a Romulan Senator. The meeting takes you into the Romulanisch systems, where you plant a fake set of coordinates, and Part 2 reveals what Senator Xariux and the Zhat Vash really want. Both parts are recommended for level 77. The chain is picked up in Nyth’Velar; Part 1 needs warp 4,500 to complete and Part 2 only 1,550. It pays 2,420,000 7★ Roherz, 313,000 Σ-Tritanium, 2,900 Σ-Romulan Credits and 52.2 billion Romulan Points. It is a short chain whose main cost is a 982K Σ-Parsteel payment.

Dorian wants to meet the Romulan Senator to make up for his mistakes. You find a safe place to make contact in Garadius, meet the Senator in Khazara, pull back through Balduk and then pay to code a fake set of coordinates.

Now you figure out the true intentions of Senator Xariux and the Zhat Vash. At the meeting in Timore you defend Dorian, stop the Zhat Vash agents and pass the fake coordinates to their agent, then report to the Order in Kúshlah.

Tips for completing A False Door
Part 1 has no fights. It is travel through Garadius, Khazara and Balduk plus a 982K Σ-Parsteel payment for the fake coordinates, and the chain pays no Σ-Parsteel back, so make sure you have it before the last objective.
Part 2 has both fights, back to back in Timore, and both are listed at about 125 trillion strength. Repair between them if your ship takes heavy damage in the first.
The warp numbers run backwards compared with most chains: Part 1 needs warp 4,500, while Part 2 finishes at just 1,550. Once Part 1 is done, the rest of the chain is easy to reach.

Are the A False Door rewards worth it?
It is a modest chain. You get 2,420,000 7★ Raw Ore, 313,000 Σ-Tritanium, 220,000 7★ Broken Survey Parts, 170 Σ-Repair Speed Ups, 2,900 Σ-Romulan Credits and 2 Gravimetric Data, plus the Romulan Points. Against that you spend 982K Σ-Parsteel and fight twice. Romulan-leaning players will want the points; others may find the Σ-Parsteel better spent elsewhere.
