Little Ship of Horrors is a two-part Star Trek Fleet Command mission chain in which a botanist needs help finishing her work. You meet the gardener Liwev in Zulather, fund an experiment in Qintezha, and then deal with an interdimensional plant causing chaos at Gaya’s lab. Both parts are recommended for level 77 and need warp 5,000 to complete, and the chain is picked up in Qintezha. It pays 4,455,000 7★ Raw Ore, 1,723,000 Σ-Parsteel and 405,000 7★ Broken Interceptor Parts. It is a short chain with a single fight and one Σ-Parsteel donation that the rewards more than cover.

Tips for completing Little Ship of Horrors
The whole chain moves between two systems, Zulather and Qintezha, so once you have warp 5,000 the travel is simple.
Part 1 has no fight at all, only the 800K Σ-Parsteel donation for the experiment. Part 1 pays back 1,212,000 Σ-Parsteel as soon as you finish, so the donation is recovered within the same part. The Σ resources guide covers where Σ-Parsteel comes from if you are short.
The rogue ship in Part 2 is the only fight, at about 128 trillion strength. That is light for a level 77 chain, so it should not hold you up for long.
Are the Little Ship of Horrors rewards worth it?
Yes, for how little it asks. One fight and an 800K Σ-Parsteel donation that Part 1 pays back return 4,455,000 7★ Raw Ore, a net 923,000 Σ-Parsteel, 405,000 7★ Broken Interceptor Parts and 2 Gravimetric Data, with no faction point losses. If you are working on Interceptor builds or need raw ore, it is worth the two short trips. The ore guide covers what raw ore is used for, and the STFC mission guide lists more level 77 missions.
