All Hands on Deck is a Romulan story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you break up a Gorn fleet sent to wipe out a band of Romulan deserters. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but the mission needs warp 160 to complete, asks for twelve kills of level 47 or higher, and ends with a Gorn Captain at about 9.25 million strength, so treat it as a level 47-plus mission. It starts at warp 1 and pays 110 4★ Uncommon Refined Ore, 700 Romulan Credits and 775,000 Romulan Points, with Klingon and Federation standing going down.
All Hands on Deck objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Find the Gorn fleet. Location: Unarri.
- Defeat 12 hostiles of level 47 or higher.
- Defeat the Gorn Captain. Location: Unarri. Enemy strength about 9.25 million.
A captured Gorn, Xahlik, brags that a fleet of hundreds of ships is coming to destroy the deserters, and in doing so gives away exactly what you need. Long-range sensors find the fleet at the edge of Unarri, and your Romulan ally gathers reinforcements for a surprise strike. Her battleships break the forward line while you deal with the rest, and the Gorn commander turns out to be Xia’tak, a Gorn the Tal Shiar hunted for years. When the Gorn flee, your ally realises someone powerful enough to raise a Gorn fleet is after her people, and leads them away with no plan except to find safety.
Where and what warp
No pickup system is listed and the mission starts at warp 1. Completing it needs warp 160, because the fight is in Unarri. The listed recommended level is 1; the hostile requirement of level 47 or higher and the Gorn Captain’s strength are the real bar.

The negative lines are reputation losses. Finishing the mission raises your Romulan standing and lowers your Klingon and Federation standing.

Both belong to the same Romulan storyline and both pay 700 Romulan Credits. All Hands on Deck is the harder of the two and moves your reputation further.
Tips
Check your reputation goals first. The 1.35 million Federation Points loss is the biggest single number in the reward, so if you are working toward Federation standing, think before you run this one.
Clear the twelve hostiles in or near Unarri. They need to be level 47 or higher, which is a good test of whether your ship can handle the Gorn Captain afterwards.
