Upgrade Drydock C to Level 2 is a station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: raise Drydock C to level 2. It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade is the whole task. The reward is 500 Tritanium and two 5 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and completing it unlocks Upgrade Drydock C to Level 3. The upgrade itself is cheap and fast, so this is close to free.

No system is named, no hostile is listed and nothing is donated. The mission clears as soon as Drydock C reaches level 2.

Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station.
The recommended level is listed as 1. The only gate is having Drydock C built in the first place, which needs the research Fleet Commander at level 2.
What Drydock C level 2 costs
In current game data, Drydock C level 2 costs 3,250 Parsteel, requires Operations 2 and takes 3 minutes to build. That is far lighter than building Drydock C in the first place, which costs 40,000 Parsteel and takes 6 hours.
With a 3 minute build, the two 5 Minute Repair Speed Ups from this mission cover more time than the upgrade took.

From level 2 to level 5 the Tritanium reward rises by 100 per level, and the Parsteel cost of each level rises by 250. Every step pays the same two repair speed ups.
Where it sits in the chain
This mission follows Construct Drydock C, whose story line is about building a third drydock to deploy an additional ship for active use and station defense. It leads into the Level 3 mission, and the chain continues level by level from there.
Tips
Run the first four upgrades in one sitting. Levels 2 to 5 all take minutes rather than hours, so the whole run from level 2 to 5 is quick.
Aim for level 5. The Drydock’s Repair Speed Bonus starts at level 5, at 10%, so the ship in Drydock C does not get faster repairs until you get there. More missions by level are on the mission guide.
