Upgrade Drydock A to Level 20 is a station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: bring Drydock A up to level 20. It starts and finishes at warp 1, the game lists a recommended level of 1, and nothing happens outside your station. The reward is 18,500 Tritanium and two 10 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and finishing it unlocks the Operations level 21 mission. It pays back almost three times the Tritanium the upgrade costs.

Current game data lists the Drydock A level 20 upgrade at 231,200 Parsteel and 6,375 Tritanium, with an unboosted build time of 23 hours 12 minutes. The only requirement is Operations 20.
The 18,500 Tritanium reward is almost three times the Tritanium cost. The step before, level 19, costs 4,500 Tritanium and 400 2★ Common Refined Crystal alongside 163,200 Parsteel.
What level 20 does for repairs
Every drydock level improves repairs for the ship assigned to it. At level 20, Drydock A gives a 55% repair speed bonus and a 40% repair cost reduction, up from 35% and 25% at level 15. That is a noticeable jump for the ship you repair most often.

Keep your main combat ship in Drydock A. The 55% repair speed bonus only helps the ship assigned to it.
