Unreserved Loyalty is the Suliban branch of a short Romulan-allied storyline in Star Trek Fleet Command, recommended for level 40. If you chose to oversee the Suliban at the end of Fragments of the Past, this is your next mission: lead General Savad’s fleet to take a mysterious sample from Starfleet custody. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 53 to complete, and it pays 180,000 Officer XP, twelve 30 Minute Speed Ups and 14 3★ Uncommon Refined Ore. Finishing it unlocks the Suliban version of Yesterday’s Future.
Unreserved Loyalty objectives
There are seven objectives and no choice split:
- Rendezvous with the Suliban fleet in Aletara. Location: Aletara.
- Track down the sample in Ferraria. Location: Ferraria.
- Defeat 10 hostiles of Level 38 or higher.
- Track the sample to Tiwoqua. Location: Tiwoqua.
- Defeat the Starfleet Guard. Location: Tiwoqua. Enemy strength about 903,000.
- Retreat to Tejat. Location: Tejat.
- Defeat the Starfleet Pursuer. Location: Tejat. Enemy strength about 771,000.
Subcommander Litroka assigns you to General Savad, who says a Federation ship carrying the sample was seen in Ferraria. Starfleet traffic hides the target, so Savad’s answer is to fight through it. Your crew only disables the Starfleet ships, keeping a promise to Saru and the Discovery crew, though the Suliban show no such restraint. The sample is beamed to your ship in Tiwoqua, the fleet scatters, and a Starfleet pursuer catches you in Tejat.
Where and what warp
No pickup system is listed, and the mission starts at warp 1. You need warp 53 to complete it, across four systems: Aletara, Ferraria, Tiwoqua and Tejat. The recommended level is 40.
The named fights are light for the level, under a million strength each. The ten-hostile objective names a minimum level of 38 but no system.

Suliban or Corvallen: the two branches compared
Fragments of the Past ends with a choice between overseeing the Suliban or the Corvallen. Each leads to its own middle mission and its own version of Yesterday’s Future:

The two middle missions share the same structure and the same Starfleet Guard and Pursuer fights. The Suliban route goes through Ferraria and needs more warp; the Corvallen route goes through Wlb’puq.
Tips
Clear the ten hostiles in Ferraria while you are there. The story puts the fighting in that system, so there is no reason to leave before the counter is done.
Repair before Tejat. The Pursuer arrives right after you retreat from Tiwoqua, and there is no station stop in between.
Pick your branch by the rewards you want across both missions: the Suliban side leans toward Officer XP and Parsteel, the Corvallen side toward recruit tokens and speed ups. For other missions by level, see the mission guide.
