They Will Not Hold Us is a level 48 Klingon story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you help the Remans launch their first strike against Romulus. You pick it up in Lu’Kash, it needs warp 120 to start and to complete, and its one fight is against a Romulan defensive fleet of about 8.5 million strength in Talvath. The reward is 775,000 Klingon Points, 700 Klingon Credits and 300 Ship XP, with a heavy Romulan reputation loss. It is a reputation mission first and foremost.
They Will Not Hold Us objectives
The story line reads: assist the Remans in their first strike against Romulus. There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Meet with the Reman assault force. Location: Vola.
- Start the assault. Location: Talvath.
- Defeat the defensive fleet. Location: Talvath. Enemy strength about 8,452,336.
- Return to Arkonian space. Location: Ja’Corash.
You join the Reman force in Vola, move into Talvath to start the assault, beat the defensive fleet, and then pull back to Ja’Corash in Arkonian space.
Where and what warp
The pickup system is Lu’Kash, a Klingon system. The mission needs warp 120 to start and warp 120 to complete, so the range does not change once you have accepted it.
The recommended level is 48. The defensive fleet at about 8.5 million strength is the one fight, and it decides whether you finish.

What the reputation swing means
This mission is almost entirely about standing. There is no resource reward beyond 300 Ship XP, so the value is the 775,000 Klingon Points and 700 Klingon Credits.
The cost is steep on the other side: 1,350,000 Romulan Points and 300,000 Federation Points. That fits a player who is committed to the Klingons and has little interest in Romulan standing. A player trying to stay neutral would lose far more than they gain. The faction reputation page explains what the points count toward.
Tips
Repair before Talvath. The defensive fleet comes right after you start the assault, and at about 8.5 million strength it is a serious fight at level 48.
Vola and the return to Ja’Corash have no fights listed, so all the combat risk sits in Talvath.
If you are not sure about the Romulan loss, check your current standing first. Once the mission is complete the points are gone. Other missions by level are on the mission guide.
