The Talla

The Talla is a ship-building mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. The task is to research the Talla, collect its blueprints and build it in the shipyard. It runs at warp 1, the game lists a recommended level of 1, and the only objective is to build the ship. The reward is 150 Premium Recruit Tokens. If you want a Talla anyway, the tokens come with no extra work.

The Talla objectives

There is one objective and no choice split:

• Build the Talla.

The mission clears when a Talla comes out of your shipyard. Nothing needs to be fought, travelled to or donated.

Where and what warp

Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete. The work happens in research, blueprints and the shipyard, so your ships never need to leave the Station.

The listed recommended level is 1. What actually decides when you can finish is whether you have the research and blueprints for the Talla.

The Talla rewards

The reward is 150 Premium Recruit Tokens. Completing the mission unlocks the next ship-building mission, The Envoy.

The ship-building missions in order

The Talla is one step in a line of missions that each ask you to build a Common Independent ship:

The Talla is the Battleship in this set of Grade 2 Common ships. The Kehra, two steps later, moves up to Grade 3 and switches the reward to Ultra Recruit Tokens.

Tips

Build it when you need a Battleship. The mission pays the same whether the Talla becomes a main ship or sits in dock, so there is no reason to rush it if your resources are better spent elsewhere.
