The Pantheon is a Romulan-side Star Trek Fleet Command mission where you break the colony of Dessica by wiping out its primary defense fleet. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 40 to complete. You destroy 7 hostile ships in Dessica, call out and destroy the Dessican Capital Ship, then report to Director Eilansa on Romulus. The reward is 888,000 Dilithium, 12 8 Hour Speed Ups, 600 Romulan Credits and 100,000 Romulan Points, with a loss of 98,400 Federation Points.
The Pantheon objectives
There are four objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Travel to the Dessica system. Location: Dessica.
- Destroy 7 hostile ships in Dessica. Location: Dessica.
- Call out and destroy the Dessican Capital Ship. Location: Dessica. Enemy strength is about 293,839.
- Report back to Director Eilansa. Location: Romulus.
The 7 ships are tied to Dessica itself. With the defense fleet thinned out, you call out the Capital Ship and destroy it, then fly to Romulus to report.
Where and what warp
You can accept The Pantheon at warp 1, and it needs warp 40 to finish. Dessica and Romulus are the two systems.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. The real requirements are the warp 40 range, 7 kills in Dessica and a Capital Ship of about 293,839 strength.

The negative Federation Points figure is a loss on completion. The 12 8 Hour Speed Ups add up to 96 hours.
How it compares with Unworthy
The mission before this one, Unworthy, has you shut down an uprising in Belak. Both carry the same faction changes:

The Pantheon has a much easier named fight and a shorter warp than Unworthy, and it pays slightly more Dilithium. Unworthy is the one to run for Romulan Recruit Tokens.
Tips
Do the 7 kills in Dessica. The objective names the system, so plan to hunt there rather than wherever is convenient.
The Capital Ship at about 293,839 strength is modest compared with the Rebellion Leader in Unworthy, so a ship that cleared that mission will not struggle here.
Save the 96 hours of speed ups for a long upgrade. If you are building Federation standing, note the 98,400 point loss.
