Target Acquired is a level 28 Augment story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you investigate the Romulans’ theft of Augment blood. Everything happens in Biruin: you follow a Romulan to a lab, fight a Romulan guard and a Tal Shiar ship, then head home. It needs warp 19 to complete, and both fights are just under 300,000 strength. The reward is 1,806,000 Parsteel and 500 Premium Recruit Tokens, and it unlocks the next mission, Bottom of the Barrel.

Five objectives, no choice split:
- Follow the Romulan. Location: Biruin.
- Approach the lab. Location: Biruin.
- Defeat the Romulan guard. Location: Biruin. Enemy strength is roughly 296,419.
- Defeat the Tal Shiar ship. Location: Biruin. Enemy strength is roughly 293,839.
- Return to your Station.
You tail a Romulan through Biruin to a lab tied to the theft. Getting in means two fights back to back: a Romulan guard at about 296,000 strength and a Tal Shiar ship at about 294,000. After that you return to your station to finish.
Where and what warp
There is no pickup system and the mission can be accepted from warp 1. Completing it needs warp 19 to reach Biruin. The recommended level is 28, which fits two fights near 300,000 strength.

Target Acquired is the only mission in this run with two fights, and it pays the most by a wide margin: 1.8 million Parsteel plus 500 Premium Recruit Tokens. Every fight in the four sits between about 294,000 and 305,000 strength, so the same ship can carry the whole stretch.
Tips
Repair between the Romulan guard and the Tal Shiar ship if the first fight was close. They are nearly identical in strength and come one after the other.
Hold on to the Parsteel. Digging in the Dirt, two missions later, asks for a 5,000,000 Parsteel donation, and the 1,806,000 from this mission covers more than a third of it.
Spend the 500 Premium Recruit Tokens on a recruit pull when you have enough saved. None of the neighbouring missions pay recruit tokens.
