Space Invader is a level 64 side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which strange readings near Endurance IV turn out to be a crippled Tholian ship with a Breen warship hunting it. It is picked up in Endurance-429, needs warp 1,200 to start and to complete, and never leaves that system. There is one fight, a Breen ship of about 8.52 billion strength, and a 200M Tritanium repair bill. The reward is 5,000 Σ-Tritanium and 504,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel, with no reputation change.
Space Invader objectives
There are three objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Investigate the disturbance in Endurance IV. Location: Endurance-429.
- Defeat the Breen. Location: Endurance-429. Enemy strength about 8,519,272,109.
- Repair the Tholian vessel with 200M Tritanium.
Millie welcomes you to Endurance IV, one of the busiest systems in the sector, and explains that its boom has drawn mercenaries and pirates. A Cardassian veteran of the Dominion War keeps them in check, but there is one thing he will not touch: a damaged ship giving off strange readings nearby.
Maia identifies it as a Tholian Assembly vessel close to the Tholian version of a warp core breach. She prepares a containment chamber at 480 Kelvin and beams the injured pilot, Serr, aboard just as a Breen warship appears, fires on the Tholian ship and turns on you. Afterwards Serr explains that the Breen attacked while the Tholians were testing a new ship design, and asks you to repair the ship so it can restore its own vitals. Maia estimates 200M Tritanium will do it. Serr leaves to find others of its kind, and Millie suspects the Breen were why the Cardassian locals would not help.

The mission is picked up in Endurance-429 and every located step is in the same system. Warp to start and to complete is 1,200, and the recommended level is 64.

Tombs is the Cardassian’s own mission, a tournament run by Legate Mevvak. Its fight is about half as strong as the Breen here.
Tips
The Breen is the challenge. At about 8.52 billion it is one of the toughest single enemies among the level 64 side missions, roughly double the usual 4 billion fights at this level. Bring your strongest ship at full health.
