Tips
Check Defense Technologies 75 before you plan this build. It is listed alongside Operations 76 and Shipyard 76, and it is the only requirement from outside the core Operations and Shipyard line.
Start it early. With the longest listed build time of the level 76 building missions and a place in the Operations 77 requirements, this upgrade can hold up Midnight Oil and Engine Technology Lab 77, which both need Operations 77.
