The reward is 886,000 Σ-Parsteel, 2,292,000 7★ Raw Ore and 37 15 Minute Σ-Speed Ups, and completing it opens Shipyard 77. It is the Σ-Parsteel half of the level 76 building missions, and its upgrade has only one listed requirement.

No system, hostile or donation is attached. The mission completes when Drydock A reaches level 76. Drydock A is the first of the station’s drydocks, the one that holds Ship A.

Operations 76 is the only prerequisite, which makes this one of the simpler upgrades to schedule at this level. Level 76 is also where Drydock A first asks for 7★ Rare Refined Gas; level 75 used 7★ Uncommon Refined Gas.

Tips
Since Operations 76 is all this upgrade needs, it is a good build to start as soon as Operations 76 finishes, while the level 76 upgrades with longer requirement lists are still in progress.
The 37 15 Minute Σ-Speed Ups add up to just over 9 hours. They help most on the last stretch of a build.
